Bad management
very disappointing experience with Regus BGC Ecotower
I would not recommend Regus BGC Ecotower, and I wish I had known more before signing a contract with them.
From the start, the service has been unprofessional and unhelpful. We are based outside the Philippines, so we depend on the local team to help with simple things. Every request is met with “we cannot do that.” We even asked for a small favor, printing a document, and offered to pay for it. We were still refused. For a company that sells itself as a full-service business center, that is unacceptable. Good service means finding solutions, not giving reasons why nothing can be done.
The biggest problem is the contract termination. We gave proper notice, 1 month at first and then 3 months, and we were still told we could not terminate. Despite repeated follow-ups, we got no clear explanation and no resolution. Being unable to leave a contract after following the notice process left us feeling trapped and misled. It made us question how transparent their terms really are.
Communication is also poor. Responses are slow and vague, and nobody takes ownership of the problem. Clients who are overseas and can’t visit in person are the ones who suffer most from this.
If you are considering this location, read every clause of the contract, especially termination and notice terms, and get all confirmations in writing. Based on our experience, I would look at other options.

What makes my Regus experience great

Well Location and Spacious Member Lounge
Regus at The Ascott Makati is the most convenient way to work at. During our visited for member lounge, we found that’s the location are easy to find. The lounge have many seats and spacious. Strong wifi connection!
The most important is the personal staff are very helpful informative and professional friendly.
