I have been making payments every month, they didn’t clear my ledger and keep telling me that I have an unpaid balance and tell me about a contract that I never signed, I tried to figure it out with them they didn’t give me the time and when I call the manager she never answer or replied to my phone calls

We’re sorry to ready your post, and your dissatisfaction.
Your main concern is about the payment retainer and late payment fees charged to your account.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
Our invoices are payable no later than the 15th day of the month.
If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you.
It is accurate that you received these late fees, as your payments were made after the due dates, and there are pending invoices in your account for payment.
We have received great feedback about the quality of our service and apologise if you’ve experienced any delay in hearing back from the team.
