Very clean and good wi-fi
The office is of good quality and it has a good co-working space. The Wi-Fi is fast which I appreciate. I had some issues with the payments and minor fees but everything was handled quickly with the help desk. Thank you for the service.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
All of our services and costs are detailed in the agreement you signed; we do not have “hidden fees”.
The invoices are payable no later than the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you.
Our system shows no successful additions of an automated payment method you can set one up quickly and easily through your online account (myregus.com) by going to Account > Billing and payments > Manage payment methods. Some of your manual payment attempts were unsuccessful which triggered automated emails informing you of such. You are correct, the payments failed due to an issue on the card provider’s side but we can assure you that the website is used by many thousands of people worldwide every day and is not “a fraudulent website”.
The satisfaction of all of our customers is paramount to us and if you feel you haven’t received our usual excellent service I apologise. I have asked a member of my team to get in touch to answer any further questions you may have.
