Regus should not charge the customer even after the notice to vacate the office given in one month advance. Further they are not returning the money even after one month after vacating the office. T... もっと見る

My office lease ended on the 30th of September and still have not received my retainer back. Their "policies" state that the retainer is to be returned within 30 days of the lease ending.
After countless emails with the reception staff, who put in many enquiries, I finally received an email yesterday stating that my retainer will be paid "during the payment run during the first week of January".
I asked them should I say I'll pay my rent during the next payment run if I am late in the future?
Still waiting for a response.
In January it will be well over 3 months since my lease ended.
At the time of writing it has been over 2 months.
UPDATE
So, I received an email from Regus after posting this review that it will be processed on the 3rd of January "payment run" and it will reflect in my bank account after "5-7 banking days". Well, guess what? I still haven't received it. This is getting infuriating.

Regus should not charge the customer even after the notice to vacate the office given in one month advance.
Further they are not returning the money even after one month after vacating the office. They promise that office space will be cleaned, but it never gets cleaned. Even after vacating the office their staff suggests to consult the local staff for cleaning issue.
Local staff don't have any authority. They will always tell to write the email or go online. And when we lodge the complaint online or send the email, they will not listen to the tenant or they will give impractical solutions. Further, it is very difficult to get the money back from them.

Just joined on the 7th of August 2023 and due to some circumstances and unseen extra expenses like parking, we need to downgrade. NOT cancel, but downgrade. I enquired and was asked by the Area Manager to terminate the contract before applying the downgrade. He said I can, so I did. Only to find out it will be terminated until the end of the signed contract which is 6 months. I gave them a request saying we haven't even finished one month so please be kind enough. All the area manager kept saying is contracts cannot be downgraded and it is a fixed term contract. He even didn't acknowledge my circumstances. I was not even asked to do a trial on the day I came in. All I got told were discounts and savings, so that I can join the fixed contract. I am just on the co working subscription, NOT A REAL OFFICE SPACE!
To top this, all branches I went to are all outdated!
I will really need to reach
out to the higher ranks. Not to a sales person who just wants to get more people and try to reel them in. Please help.
