I’ve noticed a significant difference in the experience between sales, operations, and the centre team. From the time we evaluated Regus for an office (a year ago) to now when we’re trying to renew, the experience has deteriorated considerably. Perhaps Regus doesn’t require renewals or their customer-facing approach has changed.
