Still Waiting for our Deposit
We are still waiting for our deposit to be returned after providing the banking instructions no less than 3 times. It has been 3 months since our lease ended. It is absolutely appalling that Regus can't get this right, but has no problem taking money.

I'm editing my reply since I cannot respond to the response from Regus, and will not allow someone to make a one way response to deflect poor service by trying to blame the comsumer. Who has done nothing wrong. First, I find it incredible that you have the gall to lead your response if a conditional I am sorry. Second, this "escalation" came because I was sent a request asking if my resolution was resolved. Third, this is the this first time someone is claiming the banking instructions were incorrect. Fourth, EVEN if the instructions where incorrect that is fixable with in days, NOT months. We are 3 months out now, and all we get are excuses of "small teams" working on it and that it is "escalated". You guys absolutely suck.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
You were asked to input the details again as when we tried to return the retainer to the original ones you entered, it was rejected due to incorrect bank details.
We are currently working on your query and as soon as we have confirmation from the finance team we will let you know.
