Be very careful and know the risk you are taking with Regus Harborside Financial Jersey City Location
This will come across as a review from a very disgruntled customer and that is the intent. I have been in business for more than 18 years and I have never received such poor customer service from the management team at the Harbourside Financial Jersey City location. Slow ticketing for services orders such as installing a TV or fixing internet. Be very careful with lease renewals as we unintentionally renewed one of our offices and were initially not allowed to cancel until we threatened litigation. Sales practices seem as if they are trying to trick you into a lease. I would not recommend the Regus Harborside Financial location to anyone unless they change management.

I apologise if the speed of our maintenance teams didn't meet your expectations. Shortly after we installed your TV you asked us to move it, which required a new service request. I understand you wanted the work done immediately, but it needed to be rescheduled.
