They ROB you in broad day light
They ROB you in broad day light. Their policies are confusing. They keep posting charges on your account and there is NO customer service. They rope you into a 1 year agreement and there is literally no way out. I moved from another location to a different location. I am still waiting for them to pay my retainer. This is really frustrating.

Hi Ruth,
I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
The details of all the charges are explained in your agreement and we charge our customers according to it.
We bill in advance and our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears. All your invoices are available in your online account (Account section) and payable upon receipt but no later than the 15th day of each month.
You have been billed correctly according to your agreement; the services which you don’t require have been removed and credited.
Please note that customers select their agreement type based on their needs. You opted for a 12-month office agreement when moving to the new location.
As you've worked with us before, you should be aware that our agreements need to be ended online according to their notice period. The agreement of your previous account ended on 31 October 2024 and your retainer refund will be processed within 30 days after your agreement end date or request date (whichever is later).
