They keep charging me after cancellation
They keep charging me & deducting my payment even though my contract has been cancelled & several months notice has been given. This is the 3rd time this is happening & I have written to them at last 3 times. They have gave me assurances that this will not happen again but it still does. I also can't remove my credit card from their system & will have to cancel my credit card if this continues. They are only interested in deducting your payment. So, please beware of Regus.

I am sorry for the frustration and confusion caused.
Following a full review, we confirmed that a renewal reminder was sent on 09 November 2025. As your agreement was not ended an online termination request was not received within the required notice period, the agreement renewed automatically. The first online termination request received was on 2 May 2026, and Yyour agreement is now confirmed to end on 31 August 2026 as you have ended the agreement online on 02 May 2026.
As the agreement remains active until this date, automatic payments will continue for valid invoices issued during the remaining term, and a valid payment card must remain registered on the account.
