I appreciate that you’re disappointed and would like to help.
The details of charges and service are outlined in our agreement; We serve and bill our customers accordingly.
The usage time for the community meeting room has always been 2 hours. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis and should be booked via your online account (myregus.com). To avoid scheduling conflicts or booking errors, please make the booking early on the days of use.
We bill in advance, and our invoices are made up of two different types of charges:
1. Recurring charges like your monthly office fee, parking, signage… These are billed in advance.
2. One-time charges like meeting rooms, photocopies, admin support… These are billed in arrears.
All your invoices are available in your online account (section under My Account > Billing and payments) and are payable upon receipt, but no later than the 15th day of each month.
