I've been renting here for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier. The building is perfectly located with a beautiful modern entryway that's always clean and welcoming. My office is bright, comfortable, and very private. The staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly the entire time I've been here. It's a wonderful space and I really appreciate everything about it.

This location is perfect for the professional business. Excellent reception help and support, especially the personal support from Christa. Amazing lobby, always clean and professional and great amenities. I am extremely happy with is business location.

The professionalism exhibited by the front desk staff is always at the highest level. My clients are consistently well received upon their arrival to the office. The office space is always very neat, clean and ready for me to be used upon my arrival.

Regus screwed up my billing. I paid my monthly rent balance in full a week prior to it being due. I was asked to provide proof that it was paid on time. I forwarded their own email receipt to me they sent to me after I paid on time. The community manager (who is awesome and NOT the problem here) verified in some internal system that it was paid on time but was not syncing up properly with the online customer fronting system. It finally resolved itself. I probably would not post this negative review if this is all that has happened but it seems it is always something. Management does not feel to value their customers. My rates have been jacked up 20-30% every year for the last 2 years. When I complain I'm told that I can actually get a much better rate. Why do I have to ask EVERY year? They raise fees without telling you? The internet is either so slow you can't use it or down entirely. Its hard to have an internet based business when you can't use it. The walls are so thin that I hear every phone call call from every other office on every side of me and I'm sure they here mine. I am certain the lawyer next to me doesn't want people listening in to her private conversations with her clients but lots of others are due to the very thin walls. There are lots of other issues that I won't go into. I have gotten so fed up with the entire situation that I haven't been to my office in months. I do not plan on renewing my office space in when it is up next April. Just to be clear the Community Managers are FANTASTIC. I put ALL the blame on their management for the issues.

I love this location and the ladies that are always there to assist me. The offices are spacious and very well maintained.
