Don't Waste Your Money or Sacrifice Your Peace
The local team (i.e., the two women who greet anyone who comes into the office) are amazing! They are super resourceful and I appreciate them. However, I have made the same complaint since I signed my agreement in 2022, which is those who give leadership over the local team refuse to exercise their authority to ensure everyone upholds the House Rules. I have made my concerns known both in writing and verbally to no avail. Completing these surveys are an utter waste of my time as nothing gets addressed. Since I'm not renewing my agreement I figured I would use my voice one last time to attempt to effect change for those who will remain with Regus and suffer through no one being held accountable for the House Rules. However, I am keenly aware that based on passed experience, this will fall on deaf ears.
