We've been a tenant of the Austin, TX Regus office since early 2024. In January 2026, we upgraded our office to a slightly larger space two doors down in the same building, for which we were charged $1,100 minimum restoration fees, despite not performing any changes to the prior office nor causing any damage, and despite numerous verbal assurances from Regus that there would be no cost to us for upgrading. We spoke with several of our neighbors in the same office and in other local Regus office who say they were able to get restoration fees waved; however, we have been unable to even get a call from Regus upper management in the Austin area even after attempting to dispute the charge for two months. We've been a respectful, easy tenant for over two years only to be deceitfully charged by Regus.
Get any assurances from them in writing or simply rent elsewhere. They do not want to work with your business.

Our office restoration service helps save time, money, and hassle by avoiding outside vendors. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. This also applies to internal office moves, as the request for a larger office came from your side.
