Regus is terrible
Regus is terrible. I am currently renting in the Leesburg center, I can't wait for my lease to be up. Beware. In response to managements reply: Yes it is partially staffed, but the doors are locked. Packages and documents can not be delivered during times that it is not staffed. Yes the items that I noted have been resolved, but definitely not in a timely manor. And, as evidenced by management's response they are good at corporate talk. When issues are escalated they just give it lip service, dismiss it, or it takes a long time to get addressed, from ants in my office to currently a broken light switch so the hallway leading to my office is dark. So unprofessional.

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment.
We would like to clarify that the centre is partially staffed, with team members available on site during scheduled periods. Outside of these hours, the centre inbox continues to be remotely monitored so that customer enquiries can be attended to as promptly as possible.
We also recognise the importance of providing a smooth experience for visitors. As part of our ongoing improvements, we are currently in the process of implementing a remote access solution to enable visitors to access the centre remotely when a team member is not on site.
We’re pleased to confirm that the ant issue has been resolved and the faulty light switch in the hallway was already repaired last week.

Regus is the worst place to move your office. By the time I realized it, it was too late. They will milk you till your last breath and find ways to charge you in every possible way. Poor customer service and "hell with you attitude"

We certainly do not agree with your comment on ‘find ways to charge you in every possible way’ as we always ensure transparency in our invoicing process.

Everything about my experience with Regus has been exceptional. Beginning with the online scheduling, it is a seamless process. The reception staff is ALWAYS welcoming, professional, helpful and ready to assist. The offices and building are well kept and stylishly appointed. My only regret is that you do not have Saturday availability.
