If I could give them 0 stars, I would. 12 month shared office contract with discounts for quick online signature (vs. a legal review). Problems from the beginning with office furniture promised not being available. 3 week internet outage that they continued to try to blame on a storm when all other offices (in the same building) had service restored within 2 days. Lack of communication between local staff and billing make the process more than frustrating.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.
All our agreements can be reviewed by your legal representative at any time. Signing quickly is entirely at your discretion, and not a requirement.
The delay with the Design Your Own furniture was due your late approval, as we’re unable to place the order until the selection is confirmed by a customer. You approved it on December 6 and we communicated a 4–6 week turnaround. The order was delivered on January 8, within the expected window.
Regarding the internet outage, a cyclone affected the entire region a week after your move-in damaging our internet provider’s infrastructure. This caused center-wide internet disruption for three weeks. Service is not office-specific, and all offices were affected equally; contrary to your claims, they did not have the internet restored before you did. We also credited the internet fees during the outage and offered alternative accommodations but you did not accept this.
Our center and local teams have remained responsive and communicated updates as quickly as possible. Please remember that you can review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time through your online account (myregus.com).
