Amazing service - I've had questions answered in MINUTES.

Reizor staff is incredibly responsive to feedback. They've implemented small useful features within a day of me commenting that they would be useful. They have a nice off-site backups option that's great for peace of mind that my GTNH world is safe. They're super nice and helpful, and take care of issues directly very promptly. The service is stable and performs well.

I’m new to the world of Minecraft hosting and had no idea where to start. This company made the entire process seamless. The customer support is top-notch, especially for people who are getting a server for the first time in their lives. They guided me through every step and answered all my 'newbie' questions without hesitation. High performance and even better service!

Started using them for GTNH for a couple months and now using them for other modpacks with some friends. Awesome and very fast support that's responds very quickly. Super reliable and great value. My goto for server hosting for MC now.

Reliable and communicative.

Ive been managing Minecraft servers since indev, almost 15 years now. I don't mean it lightly when I say that Reizor has been the easiest hosting service I have ever used, while also having absolutely stellar price to performance ratios with their packages. I have been using them for 6 months now and don't have any complaints.

I first hosted from them for a private hardcore modded server for friends, it went so well that I also use them now for a large scale vanilla server for my work. The built in support they had for GTNH was also a nice touch

The UI/UX is great, and the one time I had an unusual issue pop up, one of their team members resolved it in legitimately less then 10 minutes. Very professional while still being friendly.

I've been a customer since a long time, never had a single issue with the server, top performance and lag-free 24/7 in very lategame GTNH! Also the support is really responsive and competent. Keep up the good work!

Very seamless experience setting up the server. Good performance and very little downtime. They communicate well about changes, the Reizor team clearly want to earn the trust of their customers

Probably the most affordable minecraft hosting out there for us GT:NH enjoyers. Recently they've added a lot of features that let you host any pack, I had no issues so far.

minecraft server works well no lags and alot of modpacks to choose i can only recommend and their support is super fast and helpful

The servers themselves have very helpful panels, good variety of options, but probably the best feature of this service so far was the readily available & helpful customer service. The people behind this service are pretty conveniently available, and know/are knowledgeable on their service and what it might/is used for, which is nice. I've used alot of other services on the market and alot of the time help/customer support is gated behind tickets and long wait times which don't resolve until well after the issue has been fixed manually, or until well after would have been convinent for resolution; I've never had such a problem with this service, and I don't think I will.

If you want a service that works, works well, and has readily available, relevant, and helpful customer service / support; choose this one.

I have been using Reizor hosting for the last three months and have absolutely zero complaints. Their customer care has been phenomenal and they continue to add new features to their panel. The hosting itself has been great and Reign did a great job walking me through setting up my server for the first time.

It's a small business, has an excellent product, and personal user support. The mod support is phenomenal, the interface works great, and when I have problems, it's extremely easy to reach out to the owner on discord for help. For example, one time when my server was having issues, I posted about it on the discord and asked for help. The server owner was able to check on the issue for me in a manner of minutes, found that the specific server host I was on had an issue, and was able to assure me that the issue would resolve itself shortly (which it did)

No additional fees at an already great price and any help needed was easy to get in their discord not much else needs to be said great service.
