I receive the blanket, and it was not as advertised. Not only was it not a blanket, it was not fleece as ADVERTISED. It was made of cheap cotton, and was almost see through. I requested a complete refund due to false advertising, and they offered me 10% off, then 20% off, finally 35% off, and want me to pay for shipping also they want to keep $7.99 that they claimed was their shipping costs. This company is a total rip-off. I paid $39.90 for a product that is worth about $10.00. THEY FINALLY AGREED TO A FULL REFUND LESS $7.99 FOR SHIPPING HOWEVER THE PRODUCT IS WORTH NO MORE THAN $10.00

Bought a gift for my wife but it was of very poor quality with damaged ends and they charged me 57Cad $ had put in the Value village dump
Pl do not buy from this group as it seems to be a scam with very poor quality products

I brought one off there so called hanging dog in a boot ornaments
on behalf off a terminaly ill lady with cancer . When it arrived it was a flat piece off plastic which had clearly been brought from China which must have cost peanuts . I contacted them to say how disappointed I was , they said return it for refund . Having looked at the cost it is not worth it , which means I am stuck with a piece off plastic which cost me 14.99 usd plus shipping to the UK. I have since refunded the cost back to the lady because I was to inbarressed to give it to her . Three weeks ago I was promised a 30% refund which still has not arrived they told me because off a PayPal case I opened which had been closed for nearly two weeks. 48 hours ago I received a email saying my refund would be given in two days . Yet again it has failed to arrive . This company clearly do not understand the long distance selling act and is a total SCAM . My advice is don't buy from the them because they do not deliver what they promise or what you see . I would have left 0 stars if I had been able to .

My husband purchased Christmas gifts for me from this company, thinking he had bought me something precious, to remember our Setters who have passed to the Rainbow Bridge..
What absolute rubbish the items are! They do not resemble the online photos, at all, and it is now clear that the photos have been highly edited to make the items appear to be of good quality. This could not be further from reality. I could buy better from a bargain basement shop! It's nothing but cheap plastic tat, with hardly any colour or depth. Nearly £36, plus a foreign transaction fee, for two tiny pieces of poor quality plastic. What an utter waste of our hard earned money, which is now in the pocket of this disgustingly scammy company.

Everybody's correct, this is nothing but junk, I ordered two compasses for my son's, they both point in different directions and none of them are North.

I'm only giving one star because I am unable to leave the stars blank. This is a scam. I ordered a keyring with a little black and white shih tzu ornament held in Angel wings having lost my own little black and white shih tzu.
What I actually received was a very poor copy of a photo of a black and white shih tzu stuck on to Angel wings and for this rubbish I paid £20. This is disgusting and this company needs to be shut down

Never write reviews- but this is clearly a scam. As others, purchased what looked like would be a very nice, probably ceramic or ceramic like 3-D dog ornament- with $17 dollar price to match. Instead came a flat piece of plastic with a poor quality picture of a dog on it- probably worth about a buck- if that. It appears others have been sucked in by the same cute picture and been similarly outraged.

Doesn't look like the picture. Is of poor quality and color. The photography online is a scam - it does not represent the actual product at all. I would be ashamed to give this as a gift. I'll just trash it!

I wish I had read reviews on here first. Items look nothing like those depicted online and are cheap and nasty. Online the canine key rings look like they are 3D ornaments, but they are screen printed and poor quality, worth about £2, yet priced at about 6 times that. Packaging also really poor. Don’t waste your money.

I spent $120 with this company and never received my items. They never responded to my numerous emails. I’ve now instructed a debt collection agency to track these people down and issue legal proceedings for fraud and theft.

Overpriced rubbish, nothing like the website pictures, gift box included was also rubbish. Very disappointing purchase... don't waste your money

This is the worse christmas ordiment it looks NOTHING like the picture. It was a flat plastic tiny picture!!! For 17.99 it was so bad...DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

First off, within 15 minutes of placing my order I reached out to the company via two different support emails to cancel the order. I received a response the next day stating my items had already shipped and order could not be cancelled. I ordered the acrylic pet ornaments, which are a cheap piece of plastic with a picture fused to it and one was even chipped. Needless to say to return and request a refund is not worth it as I would have to pay return shipping plus a $7.99 restocking fee. Buyer beware, beautiful website but very deceiving. Read fine print, it was too late for me.

ordered two dog orniments from this company charged my credit card and no response . no customer service to call just a email address which i contacted several times no response . guess i got scammed . dont buy here !!!

My husband ordered a compass with a sweet message to his son. It is quite attractive, but the shiny surface on the case was scraped a little even though it arrived in a plastic bag inside a small cardboard box. It is not very strong though. The hinge for the lid is quite weak and the arrow inside is quite weak. It does not work unless it is well away from your body so your own electric field does not confuse it ! LOL. He paid $29.99 - apparently 50% off. I think it is likely about worth 15-20. No doubt production cost is about 3-4 dollars. However the idea is nice and I am sure our son will love it !

Absolutely rubbish. I ordered a Christmas tree decoration for £20 in total, and received a plastic key ring worth about £1
Wouldn't touch them again, just seem to be con artists.

Blanket came on time and as described tracking worked as well very happy with purchase and quality
