Cheap but not cheerful service. Vinted started offering and as a seller I have removed from options as parcels not being picked up from drop off points for days. I inadvertently ordered something myself that was being delivered by them. Seller dropped off 4 days ago and there it sits!!!

Driver did not bother to knock just threw it over the back gate onto a concrete floor. Its a delicate radio so I don't know if I should open it and see if it works or just return it as is. He had wrote next door number on the box but they said no one rang their Ring doorbell
Avoid at all costs
Chose this option for my previous Vinted purchase. Item never arrived. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, now this one missing. What an utter shambles. I have suggested Vinted severs ties with this set up. Should have know by the Royal Mail association.

3 Vinted purchases sent to the same chosen shop, they never turned up even though Relay sent messages saying they were ready for collection. No communication at all after I sent multiple emails. Vinted parcels are now apparently being sent back to the sellers. Awful company to use for deliveries. Avoid at all costs, you will not receive your items.
I am soooooo frustrated with Relay
I am soooooo frustrated with Relay. Itâs a new parcel delivery service that appeared on Vinted. I used it for the very first time on the 28 th of May and my parcel has still not been delivered, I keep going to the tracking website and all it says is that itâs delayed and Iâll receive an update within 48 hours but itâs said that for weeks and still nothing. I emailed days ago them asking for an update and surprise surprise Iâve got nothing back. I will not ever use relay again itâs been an absolute disaster and itâs not even over yet because they probably lost it

Shocking customer service. Parcel was delayed and no proper communication about when it was going to be delivered. Date and time kept changing and no replies to any emails from customer service. Waste of time.

Absolutely shocking shouldnât be allowed to operate at all first time I had a delivery by this company if you can call them a company that is I took time to fill in emails and online customer support services to give directions and even my phone number was told to wait 72 hours on each time I emailed or filled in a online form nobody even responded disgusting even before my Temu order arrived in the uk then on the day of what they call a delivery I had an option to respond via WhatsApp I even spent time giving instructions to my address and telephone number obviously it was just a online bot service which supposed to give instructions to the delivery driver which of course never happened as the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled for the 18th of June and now I think theyâve returned my parcel back to Temu as no update has been given for today a second attempt wasnât even made had to get a refund from Temu this currier has to be worse than evri at least evri has a pick up method from a shop relay simply just ignore customers and return the parcels or keep them themselves this company needs reporting to trading standards there is no customer service phone line you email them for help they donât respond just a generated message that says we will get back to you in 72 hours which they donât absolutely furious with this company if you use this company via any online platform kiss goodbye to your order donât use them a complete nightmare

Lost my parcel and took three weeks to respond
Ordered from Vinted a month ago and my order has been 'Scheduled for delivery today' for almost as long. Only this week - after three attempts to contact them and three weeks of radio silence - have they confirmed that my parcel has gone missing and they 'are yet to locate it'. So unreliable, I've now taken them off my list of couriers as a Vinted seller.

Absolutely awful delivery service. Every time I see my parcel is going to be delivered by relay I dread it and have issues every time. Awful drivers who verbally abuse you. Half of them donât speak English so communicating with them to try and help them deliver your parcel is impossible, so they resort to absolute vile abusive language. Itâs technically apart of Royal Mail but its own entity, meaning you cannot complain or talk to ANYONE for things to be sorted. How this company is still going, is beyond me. STAY CLEAR of using this âserviceâ.
