The product preview is very misleading to what you actually expect to see! It’s very small and plastic soft easy to bust and handle cheaply made! I requested a refund and only response was send pictures of the items you received!
Do not order from this company. I placed an order 3/21/26 and have not received it yet. They won’t refund my money and just keep telling me it’s in transit. Tracking shows it’s in NYC since 4/14/26. Update- Discover won’t refund. Company says it was delivered. May have been but not to me. I used Discover to pay PayPal and neither will do anything. BEWARE
I ordered some jewelry cases on 11/25/25 and they have yet to arrive. Just checked tracking and last update on 12/28 is that they’re on their way to me from New Jersey. Thirteen days later I’ve yet to receive the package. As I bought these for holiday gifts this is very disappointing. I will make sure I never buy from this company again and will check future companies to verify if they’re in the US or outside before I actually purchase.
Awful service! Ordered jewelry cases as Christmas gifts on 11/27/25 and have yet to receive them on January 7, 2026. Will never use again and if not received this week want to cancel order and money returned ! Order 38276M151175
Do not buy this. No one answers the phone or responds to email. A cream from China and. They continue to charge. Not reputable I have reported them to BBB and a few cc companies
Be Carful items made in China. Not original also sold it like an original items like speedo goggles sunny g. I got them and broken. Made with cheep materials. Fake items.
I placed an order then changed my mind and emailed to cancel it. The response was, you will love it, if you don't send it back. 16 days later,I received the order. I didn't love it, so I emailed for a return label. No response. I went to their website asking for a label return. Again, no response. Without a return label, I can't return the tops and now I have to figure out which credit card I put this order on to file a fraud charge.

Got this dress at a nice price and liked its casual striped design and comfortable oversized fit. Pockets are handy but placed slightly too low. Shipping took about three weeks, longer than expected—would appreciate quicker delivery. Overall, pretty satisfied and just some minor improvements needed.
This is a bait and switch. Instagram/ tictok purchase. Black leggings, not tummy control or shape wear. I took a screenshot of the leggings and it's not the same.
Scam...can't get ahold of them
I have been trying to get a refund from these people whom are so very hard up for money. The merchandise that was purchased was not what it was supposed to be. Please people the foreigners are not willing to work with us and give us what we really ordered or return your money scammers scammers scammers.
Total scam. I should have known better especially having worked within the supply chain and along with legit logistics companies for so long. But an evening impulse buy on 12/23/24 while scrolling IG finely got me. Not only is the company relevantf.com that I ordered a few tubes of "Deep Cleansing Boryeong Mud Mask" from for me and my daughter obviously fake but apparently tracking-hub.com is fake too. I 1st contacted relevantf.com on 2/5/25 to complain I believed my order to be lost because the last tracking update showed the shipment was in Oregon since 1/19/25. I reached out to them a couple of more times after that and they just replied they were in touch with the courier and would let me know as soon as they got an update. Then on 2/15/25 I get an e-mail update saying my order was delivered to me in Colorado on 1/21/25. Total BS I never received it, even checked with my mailman and he's the one that pointed out the tracking web-site looked bogus. So I started digging and have not only now found numerous online complaints against both relevantf.com and tracking-hub.com. Save your money, buy retail or directly from legit/vetted web-sites not click bait on social media no matter how much they spam you. Lesson learned. 🤦
There is no way to contact these people fit their 30 returns. I received a card on my order saying they will get back to you "within 24 hours". Yeah, I sent them an email and within a minute I received a reply saying my email was undelivered! What a bunch of crap. Also my order took three weeks to arrive because it came from China when it advertised it was made in the USA. Save your money and shop elsewhere. And SHAME ON YOU FACEBOOK FOR ALLOWING THESE CRAP COMPANIES TO SELL ON YOUR PLATFORM!!!!
I ordered a crossbody bag in vegan leather. First, the fact that it was vegan leather was not defined in the merchandise listing; it said "leather", which I assumed meant genuine leather. Second, they folded the bag and stuffed it into a parcel bag that was too small, so the bag arrived creased straight down the middle, in a very obvious fashion. I immediately requested to return the bag, They have been vague and unhelpful. I sent pictures that very obviously show the problem, but they say they have reviewed the photos a determined that this is not a problem, but offered me $4 in compensation. When I said this was completely unacceptable, they maintained that with a little elbow grease, I can fix the purse. I didn't feel I should have to fix this issue that they created, so I again asked how to return the bag. the answer is "too hard and expensive to send. You'll have to keep it, and we will raise our compensation to $6" Still unacceptable, but I'm stuck at this point. Please avoid this company.
