I have already returned the reliefband. There is no information about appropriate charging the first time from a computer, so when I really needed it, after charging from a normal power cord, it only lasted for an hour. I then charged it from a computer and it lasted longer, but I did not think it made more of a difference for my nausea than other methods. Plus, the band was not very flexible and got caught on my clothing, which was uncomfortable.

The product did not meet expectations given its price point. The wristband consistently failed to remain secured, as the latch mechanism proved inadequate. Additionally, the charging cord was notably short, which significantly complicated the charging process. Regarding the refund policy, I believe the current timeframe is insufficient; a 30-day return window from the date of receipt would be more appropriate. These issues collectively led to a one-star rating. I do, however, commend customer service for their efficient processing of my refund.

After 2 years and 6 total times of use the product doesn’t work. It never fit my wrist correctly, but I have small female wrists. I completed all of the steps the company offers to fix the item and nothing worked. It turns on fine, it charges fine, but there is no connection to vibration. The company told me oh well “you’re out of the 1 year warranty” window. DO NOT BUY ONE.

I have used GLP-1 medication for a year now and a lot of nausea has been a side effect and this has been my saving grace. I’ve also been on 2 different cruise ships and have had No seasickness as a result of wearing this device.
I recommend this little smart watch device to all of my friends!
If you’re thinking about it, do it! I will continue to recommend this device to all of my family and friends!

The delivery was left on a porch at the wrong address. A photo was taken by the delivery person. I contacted customer service when I did not receive my order. I looked at the photo of the delivery and saw that it was not my house. When I contacted customer service the rep at reliefband emailed me to tell me that he followed up with the delivery service and they stated that it was delivered to the correct address. Clearly the photo revealed that it was NOT my house and I communicated that to the reliefband CSRep. I had to do some detective work to enlarge the photo to find out which house on my street it was left at. The photo revealed an insignia on the house with the homeowner’s name on it. The CS rep believed the delivery service over the customer that it was delivered to the correct address.
Very disappointed in your customer service department!!! Please teach your employees the correct way to handle an issue instead of implying that I gave the incorrect address on my order.

Helps when I start to feel a little nauseous when my headache lingers or when I eat something that's too rich. Within 2-3 minutes I notice the nausea has disappeared. Fits well and doesn't turn itself off like the premier relief band I purchased earlier.

AWFUL company to work with. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Their chat person regularly takes hours to respond. Their phone system goes straight to the answering service, then they call you back at their convenience. When they call back, their phone service beeps in your ear every 10-15 seconds, which is incredibly annoying - and it's a known issue on their end. After ordering, they took over a week to even send the product out, and an additional 4 days for shipping from WI to SD. After finding out the product didn't work whatsoever for morning sickness, we quickly started the return process since the return window is only 14 days. When contacting reliefband, they tried to coerce us to keep the product a number of different ways rather than returning it, including offering an additional 30% refund off the purchase price. Once confirming they had received the return, even after 27 days they would not process the refund - they made us wait the full 28 days to send back payment - then another 3 days to process the refund so our funds were available. They also refuse to allow me to leave a review on their website. I followed up with the company every single day for 2 weeks to finally get the answer "the review email is automated, and there's no way for us to initiate it." I will never do business with this company again, and I will definitely be letting others know about my experience. This has been nothing but a headache to deal with, and as of today I have been fighting with them for almost 2 full months. It seems the reviews on their website are cherry picked from customers that the product worked for, and my experience seems to illustrate that. BUYER BEWARE! Dan Bongino regularly raved about his experience with the product, how well it worked, and how much grief it saved him. Unfortunately, it seems to me they were just a good sponsor of his, but I do hope it worked for him as well as he claims. I was hopeful, but would never recommend dealing with relief band

I wore mine while on the plane and cruising and I could really tell a difference. Nausea went away in a few minutes.

The product works very well however this is the fifth one I’ve purchased because the battery stops holding a charge. This imperfection is not only very costly and troublesome to the consumer but a terrible waste of resources. Surely, it could be made better.

Reliefband was not received.

I don't want to download and install another app just to track my package.

ETA: Item received. Generally satisfied, but the silicone band has a stiffness which resists conforming to the wrist. Contact between the electrodes and the wrist is essential. The earlier model had a fabric wristband which was more flexible. Because the electrode wires run in the band, apparently that was not possible in this model.

I bought the relief band flex. I'm asking a question and no one is answering me. It said battery lasts 350 hours. Is this true ? Because I keep seeing a a 50 on the info. Need to know because taking a cruise soon.

This will be the 3rd relief band I have purchased, two have been for other people.

Asking me to review your product before I receive it is pretty absurd. I'm giving you two stars because I've received multiple notices to give you a review. When I actually receive it I'll change my review

Although I haven't needed it yet, the sale was a great push to get me to try it. I hope to get a band to work with my samsung watch. I feel I'm now ready for anything life has to offer!

Order was placed by accident and they immediately provided the refund. So grateful!
