I need to get a refund for the shoes that I bought but the parcel was sent back by Irish customs for unknown reason . I sent several emails to Reliked customer service - silence. Will post everywhere about my experience now in hope that people won't be scammed into buying on this website. And to answer your answer below, I sent you 4 emails to notify about this issue before the parcel was posted back. You never responded

Product quality is poor compared to other items purchased by same brand. Wonder whether they are seconds/ faulty items but for the price can’t really complain

Ordered a few items and refunded for some but the two i expected arrived and i was happy with, items fit and brand new, a great way to get cheap branded items and some of the money go to a charity

Item was a reasonable price. Received quickly and as described, in good condition

Great way to access amazing brands if you don’t mind doing your research, playing roulette on price changes and making an order on limited availability. As this is a site that is built on rehomijg surplus products from content creators as long as you know that when you make a find to go for it and also that the price or discounts make fluctuate if you are willing to pay a certain price you can make some absolutely steals!

That said I have had a couple of occasions when I receive used products but as soon as I informed them and provided proof I was refunded that part of my transaction which has kept me a retuning customer. I have seen people who have had issues of either delayed orders or poor customer service response and I have to say this has not been the case for me and anytime I had an issue I t always had a response and it’s always been dealt with in a timely fashion. If you have an issue remember you can nether contact them through the the app or just reply to their order email.

This company is amazing. I came across it on instagram and I’m obsessed. The clothes are great and a really good price. Delivery is fast and sometimes they give you money off. I would and do recommend this to my friends.

I’ve been using Reliked for a few years after my mother saw it advertised on the TV and told me it was a fashion site for me. I now buy the majority of my clothes and accessories from this site because I love getting designer clothes and preloved items.
I’ve always had good experiences with the company and their support team.

The bag was brand new & arrived promptly.

staff were very rude when asked for help, not much selection at all, overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone. wont be returning and will be spreading the word to avoid and go elsewhere.

Awful experience, staff are rude and unhelpful. Would not reccomend to others.

URGENT… on the back of this review & my first ever purchase.. I went on to order some other item.. 9 days ago.. I’ve heard absolutely nothing since.. £128 spent second time… I have contacted them three times through there only way of contact..,a message.. they yesterday they sent an email asking to leave a review again!!! I have no items, no contact & they have taken my money? Trust pilot I need you to answer how they can get away with this & can somebody help me as to what to do next.. not a peep from Reliked.. I take back everything I have written in the review that follows.. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.. Worried!!! I’m not sure why I hadn’t heard of Reliked before however.. found you & have had a wonderful first experience in my purchase of a beautiful soft leather tan bag.. immaculate.. in fact other than no tags I really don’t think it has been used. It arrived quickly & with ease by the EVRi driver, so thank you for that too. I’ve actually gone on to order a few more items since receiving my first package so hopefully this will be the same, if not better. Thank you so much💫

As the lid to the facial oil was open, the oil had seeped out past its own box and into the brown cardboard box containing other item. The bottle was completely empty on arrival. I am relieved the trousers were not damaged in the process.

I stumbled across Reliked around a year ago now and it quickly became my most favourite shop to ever exist. I am extremely passionate about Reliked to the point it’s become an obsession.

I use the app daily & have told all my friends & family about it that we now even have a groupchat together to discuss the sales!

I must have made over 30 purchases with lots of items included and have never really had an issue.

I think the constant communication from the store is great, getting a sale email or app notification from them really makes my day, and seeing all the new stock really brings me joy!

It’s clear the reliked owners are really trying to build a community of other reliked lovers like myself, and are very passionate about feedback. I once gave some feedback on the email marketing and have noticed changes. It feels nice as someone who is very supportive of the business to feel heard.

My only two feedback points I’d say is the delivery can be longer than I’d like, but I think often the wait seems longer as I am extremely excited to get my order but you are updated as soon as the item is posted ect & the second is I’d really love to visit the store especially on the days they have events, however as I am in the midlands it’s quite a drive away (obviously nothing Reliked can do there!)

If you’re considering making a purchase from Reliked, I simply couldn’t recommend enough, from clothing to makeup, skincare to gifts - I could probably open my own reliked with how much I’ve purchased!
