Three years, over â¬7,000 paid, and nothing to show for it
My experience with this company has been appalling, exploitative, and completely unacceptable.
After three years in this process and over â¬7,000 paid, including extra money for their job search service, I have absolutely nothing meaningful to show for it. No interview. No proper progress. No clear path forward. No accountability. Just excuses, delays, vague responses, and then silence. At this point, it is very hard not to see this as deeply misleading and exploitative.
What makes this experience especially disgusting is the pattern. They seemed perfectly capable of reaching out when fees needed to be paid. Payment time never appeared to be a problem. But once the money was collected, communication became weak, inconsistent, and then almost completely disappeared. That alone tells its own story.
I did what was required of me. I submitted documents. I paid the fees. I waited patiently. I followed up repeatedly. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt long after they had stopped deserving it. In return, I was left chasing them for answers about my own case while they failed to provide even the most basic level of professional communication.
At one stage, after I had already been left in the dark for far too long, they admitted there had been poor communication and said they were still waiting for essential components for the work permit process, specifically a valid job offer and LMIA. This was after I had already paid heavily, including for an added job search service that was supposed to help move the case forward. So after all that money and all that time, I was still stuck at the same point, with no interview and no visible result. That is not a service. That is a complete failure.
I then tried to get clear answers like any paying client should be entitled to. I asked what my actual options were, whether there was any realistic alternative pathway, and whether somebody could finally speak to me properly about what was happening. Instead of transparency, I got more vagueness. Instead of action, I got more waiting. Instead of solutions, I got more stalling.
Then came what I can only describe as another empty promise. I was told that a formal internal review of my file had been opened and that they needed up to 14 days to examine everything and give me a proper response and proposal. That sounded like they were finally going to take the matter seriously. But once again, nothing meaningful came from it. More than three months passed and there was still no outcome, no proposal, no firm next steps, and no actual resolution. So even when they gave a clear timeframe themselves, they still failed to follow through.
That is what makes this feel so wrong. It is not just poor customer service. It is the constant taking of time, money, trust, and patience while giving back almost nothing except delay and disappointment. And the moment refund concerns were raised, communication seemed to get even worse. That makes the whole situation look even more suspect.
Three years is a disgraceful amount of time to leave a paying client trapped in uncertainty. Over â¬7,000 is a disgraceful amount of money to take without producing a meaningful outcome, proper support, or a transparent plan. No reasonable person pays that kind of money expecting to spend years begging for updates, being passed around, and receiving silence when asking serious questions.
This process has not just cost me money. It has cost me time, peace of mind, emotional energy, and opportunities. It has been draining, humiliating, and infuriating to keep following up only to be met with weak responses or none at all. I feel completely let down by a company that was happy to collect payment but failed badly when it came to service, communication, and responsibility.
A company handling something this serious should act with honesty, urgency, and professionalism. I did not receive that. What I received was a drawn-out, exhausting, expensive mess. From my experience, this company gave me every reason to feel misled. It felt like once they had my money, my case stopped mattering.
Anyone considering this company should be extremely careful. Ask questions before paying. Demand everything in writing. Keep records of every promise. Be very cautious about paying extra for services that may lead nowhere. And do not ignore communication problems early on, because in my case they became much worse over time.
I have never felt so disappointed in a paid service. After everything I invested, I was left with no results, no clarity, and no confidence in this company at all. I absolutely do not recommend them.
In my view, this experience was so misleading, so unprofessional, and so one-sided that it is difficult not to see it as a money-taking operation dressed up as a service.

Rebecca Guasti che mi assicura che l'agenzia avrebbe fatto subito a farmi ottenere il visto, poi la matassa e passata a Leonardo Muccucci, persona credo onestà ma fino al giorno attuale non Ú che mi abbia aiutato più di tanto ,ma in passato ho avuto a che fare anche con John Danesi e Gabriele Monti, che sono spariti nel corso del tempo. Ad oggi sono cambiati i miei programmi,quindi ho chiesto di essere rimborsato visto e considerato che io ho in mano solo uno stralcio di assestment in cui mi si dice che sono idoneo a ottenere un visto lavorativo per il Canada. Chiedo e voglio che il famoso dipartimento finanziario mi metta per iscritto le motivazioni per cui io ancora non vado avanti né con la ricerca di lavoro da parte di Open job, ne da parte di relocation to Canada a farmi ottenere un visto lavorativo.Con questa recensione io ho parlato a titolo personale e non mi si accusi di nessuna cosa perché ho seguito alla lettera le indicazioni che mi sono state date dall'agenzia.
