ReLoft UK レビュー

Stephen and Jamie reinsulated the loft and sprayed the timbers.Excellent job.It hadn't been done for 40 years so it was a bit of a mess.....not anymore

Brilliant service, helpful staff and loft work was carried out so efficiently. Thank you Stephen and Perry, you were awesome !

A good company to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable in my dealings with them. The work itself was undertaken well and with minimal disruption. I'm pleased with the outcome.

Brilliant team of guys. Ste, Andy and Billy. Worked well together. Did an amazing job, cleared up after themselves and kept me informed all the way through the process. Credit to their team.

Explained everything that was happening, worked quickly and efficiently. New insulation and boarding and treated the rafters and improved ventilation.

Great work by the team. Worked hard and all done beautifully.

We were very impressed with ReLoft, from our original enquiry through to the completion of the job.
Tim called the previous afternoon to confirm the arrival of the fitters for the following morning. They were all very obliging and courteous and we were pleased with the end result. We received our 10 year warranty paperwork the next day which we felt was very efficient.

I have just had a new roof (from an independent company) put on and was planning to get my loft in a useable condition. Steve from Reloft came to my property on time - very friendly and transparent with the plan - he carried out an inspection. Much to my dismay, we discovered the new roof had so many flaws that could be seen from the inside - Steve kindly showed me what the cowboy roofers had done. I was gutted, but Steve was super efficient - he sourced two very reliable roofers who could repair my roof. He could’ve ignored the faults and carried on with his sale but he was 100% honest and recommended the roof is fully fixed and watertight beforehand to ensure the longevity of the new loft. I can’t thank Steve enough, not just for his honesty, but for going above and beyond in helping me out when he didn’t have to at all.

I have already provided feedback.
I am not sure why I have been asked again.

Within an hour they contacted us and came out to see us next day. Booked in for the refit within the week.
Job finished in a day with minimal mess, they tidied up everything . Very impressed.
Double checked with us to make sure we were happy. One part we weren’t 100% happy with, so they came straight back and sorted it out.
Would highly recommend them.

Great service. Everything was explained by the surveyor and the two workmen, Kevin and Kevin, kept us updated and answered any questions we had. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Excellent professional service from the initial survey to the completion of the insulation being done.
The fitters arrived on time , were friendly and professional .
They removed over 28years worth of storage and safely disposed of it.
The loft looks amazing now and I would highly recommend this company.

Reloft recently renewed my loft insulation etc. All the old stuff removed and other debris. They secured a tube from the loft hatch ensuring there was no mess caused by this removal, anywhere in my home. They were polite, ensured I was informed and reassured of all the work being undertaken, at each stage. I would recommend these to anyone thinking their loft insulation might need checking and possibly sorting out. I am delighted with the new insulation, and winter (currently approaching sometime soon) is no longer a worry for me.

From start, speaking with Morgan who arranged a survey of the loft by Steve, to the lads Alex and his mate (forget his name sorry). Everything done within a week of contacting them. The advice given was excellent from Steve and the work from the lads brilliant couldn't fault them. On time, very polite, worked hard emptied the loft and returned everything when finished. They left the house clean and tidy as if their own. Excellent service can't fault the whole team would certainly recommend this company.

Stephen and Andy did a brilliant job and were very tidy.

Thank you to Reloft for replacing my insulation so efficiently, excellent team (Steven & Andy) carried out the work, kept me informed as the work progressed and ensured everything was clean and tidy before they left.

Great job from first assessment through to completion
Good communication throughout
Great mature team, left no mess and very professional throughout.Very reasonably priced too
Highly recommended

I have had a great experience from start to finish. Morgan in the office was friendly and efficient. Survey was booked in promptly. Steve was very informative and explained his findings clearly and showed photos of the issues we had in the loft.
The works were booked in for the following week. The fitters that came arrived on time as discussed and cracked on with works straight away. They were respectful of my home and covered the stairs and landing with protective sheets and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you all, highly recommend.

Great service lads were very polite and very respectful and they never stop like work horse

Extremely pleased with the finished job, likewise their attitude and commitment, particularly bearing in mind the temperature in the loft was very high.
Would certainly recommend Reloft.
Thanks guys.
