Super flexible and very helpful. Bag arrived in such great packaging and condition! Will buy again!

Vannessa is dedicated, knowledgeable, and so kind! Any item purchased comes with a certificate of authentication and you don’t need to worry at all. I have bought two bags and they are in such great condition. I highly recommend!!

The owners are always responsive to questions and incredibly nice! My order shipped out right away and delivered timely. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!

My wife was watching the preview and started talking about it, so I got on to buy her a purse she was looking at, well it went from there. The purchase was easy and the shipping was fast. Thank you

I requested a cancelation 10 minutes after placing an order, and they want to charge me a 10% restocking fee. How can there be a restocking fee if transactions take up to 48 hours?

Saw Reluxed Collection on IG and decided to browse the shop. Looked carefully at the many pictures of the bag I purchased. There were also detailed bullet points about the condition of the bag. Easy checkout process. My bag came sooner than expected. No surprises in terms of seeing the bag in-person vs online photos. My friends were surprised by the condition of the bag during one of our social outings. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Vanessa is amazing and makes us feel super special as her clients. Communication is honest and open. All her consign pieces are authentic and she packages everything for us with so much love. I been her client for a while now and her shows on Thurs are always my favorite!! HIGHLY recommended <3

Shipping was great! Will definitely order again next time :)

After 5 purchases from Vanessa, I’m still a very happy customer. The descriptions on her website and in her live show are thorough and accurate, making it easy to be a repeat customer!

Great buying experience! Vanessa and Dan are the best hosts, loving purchasing my bags from them <3

Will do business again. Item as described. Fast shipping. Excellent service.

I’m very happy and impressed with the very good condition of the bag and the speed of receiving it. I’m sure this will be the first of many purchases with Reluxed Collection!
Congratulations on your work, not only making the dream of owning a luxury bag more accessible but also contributing positively to the planet by avoiding waste.
😘

What a stunning clutch!! It is simply beautiful, and in outstanding preloved condition. There is no significant wear visible on the bag. The clutch is in amazing condition and feels like a brand new bag. Vannessa and Dan have place thorough photos on their website, and have not disappointed. As always they strive to give each customer the ultimate luxury feeling with their packaging! Vannessa included a gold chain to make my clutch into a shoulder bag, this is top tier customer appreciation, and going above and beyond. As always their bag drop was awesome! Thank you again for making my day!

Great quality and value

It’s always Vanessa’s passion, enthusiasm and excitement she has for what she does!! She is so knowledgeable and expressive herself well. It’s a joy to watch her!! I would purchase so many more purses if I could!!
