This is my 4th purchase from the Reluxed collection and I don’t trust anyone else with buying pre loved bags. Vanessa takes pride in everything from start to finish. Even her packaging is beautiful!!!

The seemless process from communication with Vannessa in regards to how her lives and sales work, finalizing my order and speed in which package arrived. 10/10!!!!

Shipping was fast and item was an excellent match for my LV speedy. I am happy with my purchase, the length is appropriate for my height and the material is really a good quality.
