The process was smooth and I got a refund of over $1k which was unexpected. It’s definitely worth having a chat to them if you think you may have paid for insurance on any credit including mortgages. Everyone I dealt with was professional and answered any questions I had. Really happy with my experience.

The guys at remediatior were fantastic
The guys at remediatior were fantastic. Found one case of where I received over $1000 in a return. A very simple process where they keep you in the loop throughout . I’d recommend it to anyone, it costs you nothing so you’ve got nothing to lose.

I have put in a claim nearly 3 months ago they came back i disputed and now it has been a month and half nearly 2 months since i have heard anything seems to take a very long time with no follow up on there behalf

After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to take a chance and submit an application. Just over 3 weeks later I have funds deposited into my bank account. Thank you Remediator staff who were always helpful and pleasant.

Thank you for your feedback Ron. Our fee is 20% plus GST of the refund amount. This compares favourably to some other consumer remediation services which charge 30%, and to some class actions. Also, we hope the insurance refund compensated you for the wait experienced.
