Car rental was not something i would consider five years ago. It is because i had a car, and still have it, but it was broken down due to an accident that happened two months ago. I had no choice but to rent a car, because taxis are too expensive and public transport is not for me. I gotta say that the experiece was very good and the price for a whole month was not that expensive. I'm giving more for a car repair than i spent on a rental 👌

Very bad company. Big scammers.

I rented a car here in July 2023 for around 1 week. Before renting the car, I asked the person if they have full insurance and what happens in case of an accident, I was told that in case of an accident, I just need to call their line and they would give a new car. Fast forward a few days later, I have an accident, I call the line and first surprise, no one on the line speaks English, just Ukrainian. My girlfriend talks with them, they suggest me to pay them money to resolve this issue, they say that for the insurance to work, we have to call the police and it's better not to involve the police because the police might take my driver's license. They said the other guy could also sue me for damages so it would be better to just pay. I refused of course and they then said that that's the only solution. They asked me to pay 5000€, 2500€ for the owner of the car and 2500€ for the company. Keep in mind that I was overtaking a car and WHILE I was overtaking, the car turned left. There was nothing illegal done on my behalf. The driver of that car, after the accident, totally disappeared (I think he was drunk). To sum it up, I DO NOT recommend this company. They say they have full insurance and then ask you to pay them money, and if you refuse to pay them money (like I was doing) they said they would call the police and I wouldn't be able to leave Ukraine... nice
