The customer service and care has been really second to none. They have treated our properties as their own and they have our full trust. Many thanks to the team!

They can be slow at times but at the same time they have met my expectations and the outcome has been satisfied. There's little to complain about.

Exactly as expected! After a short consultations I was convinced that they are the right people to handle my properties and everything that it includes.

The entire service is really client-oriented and personal which is nice! Should things change in the future I'll come back to let you know but things look bright from here!

When it comes to the service quality then i'd say it's quite standard what one could expect. Nothing too fancy, didn't find anything to complain about either.

They seem easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The prices are affordable, some improvements could be me but these small issues are rather cosmetic.

Marble is wonderful. The hassle-free listing process in super easy. The employees are knowledgeable and can assist with anything. Tested their services a little over year ago and now again and it's definitely getting even better!

It's been nice. Things have been clear and extra information has been provided whenever requested so im good.

They could add more clear information for people who are looking to list their properties. Right now most of the info has been thrown into TOS section but the more important parts should be easily accessible on the main page too.

Our family has multiple properties tied with Marble and we have no complaints. They know what they are doing.

The onboarding was quick and the fees seem reasonable too. Still room for improvement I think.

The system has been already set-up in a convenient way to just push the photos and data and you are good to go.

I paid my rent for March and there was a glitch in the system saying that I still needed to pay the 3600 for rent marble charged me and put my account in two negatives. Now the rent money is up in the air. Marveled paid my rent to the landlord for March and April now expects me to pay back for March, because my account is under fraud, and being looked at, but now that sets me back for May. I do not know what to do. They will not give me anywhere to contact them on the phone besides through message and they say there’s nothing that they can do rather than just pay back the amount they will not wait for that money to come back down to my bank account since they put me into fraud, they chose to pay my landlord themselves with April being not even here yet now the records look like I am a month behind acting as if they helped me out but I really did pay the March rent. Their system just glitched and messed up my bank account so until the money comes back to my account.
