Almost everything seems great but they do need to speed up responding to tickets as others have mentioned earlier.. other than that, one of the best property management companies around the U.S.

Had a small issue with uploading some documents but rest assured everything else was okay.

We first listed with Marble around 6 months ago and it was major success and now we are preparing our second listing.. have high expectations as always!

The listing process is easy but they put me on hold for some time.. I think due to the overwhelming and constant requests they get.

Pure joy working with these people. As soon as they see your property they already know whom might be interested of it and vice-versa. All around great service and customer management.

Called to inquire on a few properties. Both times I was hung up on with no option to leave a message. If they can't manage a few incoming calls, how are they managing anyone's property?

Props for taking me on with a short notice. Some parts of the service still require improvements.

Our personal assistant helped us to get all our properties up with a single hour. Their service is really customer-oriented and it was an pleasant experience.

Didn't expect the onboarding or listing is as smooth as it actually was. Waiting for some prospects now and will update my review accordingly!

Support can be hard to reach in times where changes need to be made but they come through eventually.

More or less what I was looking for. Didn't expect such a price... Have listed my property, well see if they live up to the hype.

Fifty bucks per month for all-inclusive service.. it's a minuscule amount to pay for them to take care of everything plus finding the tenants. Solid service!

Their service is good but if you have a portfolio of properties and want to list them all then the fee really doesn't change.. you are paying a flat fee per listing no matter what which is a bummer.

I've found their team to be highly trustworthy and friendly. It's important when putting your property under someone's else management. They have gained our trust.

Added our apartment yesterday and got it approved just few hours ago, everything is up and running. Can recommend for sure.

Some things should be improved. I was put on hold for 20 or more minutes which isn't acceptable.

Took them about 2 weeks to find me a tenant. Although this is what they also advertise, I was hoping this process to be quicker.

Their friendly and personal approach was why we chose this company. Looking forward to our cooperation.

Our leasing assistant was fantastic. She gave us advice all the way to the possible rental estimates. Very happy to be onboarded.

Marble is great. We have 2 condos that we managed to list through them and things went into motion pretty quickly. Super happy. Thanks!
