Signed up in January Have only received one potential rented week, but the location requested was not available. I feel scammed out of my $2399. I have sent follow up Emails and I keep being promised they will have someone reach out to me "as soon as possible," and still waiting!

You can trust Rent my time because they are legitimate and do what's in your best interest. They are a very professional organization and I was impressed with their information and resources. I would recommend Rent My Time to anyone. They were efficient and if I ever called, you always answered my questions honestly. Thank you for your help!

Update: I called them last week. The lady who answered seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me that they place the fee under advertising until they lock a booking into the property and then it gets counted under the RCI fee.

This week the company did reach out for 3 weeks. I have yet to see this to the end. I have upgraded from 1 star to 3 pending how this all places out for the 5 star or back to 1.

I have yet to hear back from the company after they took my money.

My big issue, the original salesman claims the fee was to open access to RCI days. However, just like the company, I too recorded the conversation. After listening to the conversation, I realize that I was duped. The money guys quickly states that the fee is for advertising. I have other issues, such as them verbally claiming that I will have an offer within 90 days, and them then claiming the 180 is merely a coverage for the folks that don't accept the offer, etc.

It is going to be worth the 3 grand they scammed me to prevent others from making the same mistake.

Update: the company ghosted me. Never provided a viable option to rent, nor even followed up. Scam.

I have used RMT to advertise and promote my property for the past 3 years and am never disappointed. This year it took a couple of requests to get it done but the RMT team really did everything to keep me informed every step of the way and I received my return in a reasonable time frame. I am so happy to have found an agency that really does what they say and help owners like me be able have my timeshare not a financial burden! Recommend to anyone who is tired of paying maintenance/taxes out of their own pocket!!

I’ve done this a couple times with other companies. This was the most straightforward and smoothest process so far. I say this because I am not easy to deal with having been in this timeshare thing a number of years. Highly recommend RMT

A fantastic company to work with, their customer service is phenomenal! All expectations were met and I am looking forward to their program next year.

I highly recommend to anyone looking to offset their cost and make some money at the same time. Give it a shot!
