Rentokil Specialist Hygiene レビュー

We were delighted with the service we received from Pauline on the phone for organising our site visit and the cleaning specialist who attended to clean our vehicle

Tried to contact on numerous occasions to organize a biohazard clean after the death of my Uncle. I did get a response to their out of hours number but they wanted over £1000 as a call out charge so I requested at least three times for them to give me a call back during office hours. Every time I received an automated email telling me they would contact me within 4 working hours. I am still waiting. It's now been 12 days so I'm assuming they won't bother now. Disgusting customer service in what was a very stressful time. Never mind found another fantastic company who have done the work when they said they would for the price they said without any call out fee.

This was the best clean i have seen from two people
that have come from your company

All contact with the Rentokil team has been professional, honest and helpful advice. They provided a timely quote, booked us in and attended site as agreed. On the day of the clean the engineer explained fully the process, made sure we had time to remove items that may be contaminated and ensured we were happy before he left the site. Really impressed with their professional service.

The initial contact was extremely fast. The local agents Steph and Charmaine were so helpful and James who carried out the work was really competent.

Thoroughly cleaned our Grease Trap, Very efficient

We used Rentokil Specialist Hygiene to attend to the mould and damp growing in some patches of the house. Hygiene Sales Consultant Neil Harding who surveyed our home, was polite, respectful, and kindly answered any questions we had. We had technician Amber O'Connor come in to complete the work. She was friendly, polite, and ensured I was happy with each room she had worked on, and ensured she left everything as it was, and spotless! Thank you Amber for your work today!

The specialist was very nice and efficient and did an excellent job.

Punctual, reliable, thorough…..what more do you want from a contractor?

Chris, apart from being friendly, polite and helpful was very thorough in his work and did an excellent job.

Rentokil Pest Control Service Review

I recently used Rentokil's pest control service, and I was very impressed with the professionalism of their technician. They arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and efficiently handled the pest issue. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and ensured that all safety precautions were followed. I appreciate their thorough inspection and follow-up advice to prevent future infestations. Overall, a reliable and effective service—highly recommended!

Hi there. The service was efficient, always keeping in touch on minor alterations with timing. Joe and Taylor, who carried out the work, did a thorough job that we were very pleased with. Thanks, Mario and Joy Campanile

job completed on time and to a high standard

John from Rentokil Hygiene is a saviour! My house was flooded in 3 rooms with raw sewage whilst I was in bed. I hired 2 companies prior to sort the issue and had a horrible experience and the work was not done. John came and was polite, professional, understanding & completed the job in half the time it took the previous companies & to A* standard, that I could actually move back in the next day! He went above and beyond to make sure to try and save as many of my belongings as possible. As a single mother who suffers with anxiety and was met with hostility from previous workmen, the service that John provided was a huge relief and reassurance. I now have a 4 year old who is very happy to be back at home. I would recommend to absolutely everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

David did an outstanding job removing mould from my flat. From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and highly communicative. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining each step clearly and ensuring I was aware of the work being done. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a thorough job really stood out.

I was ringing from New Zealand needing help for an apartment in London and dealt with Lili - she was efficient, listened to what I needed and made an appointment for me. A pleasure to deal with!

Great professional quick service, Richard was polite and friendly.

Our experience with Rentokil was great! from start to finish. Leela, was very polite and professional in both prior communication and when conducting the site survey at the location of the work.

from the initial inquiry to having someone attend site to preform the cleaning requirements, was within the same week ! which was amazing service turnaround.

the gentleman who attended (Christopher), was again very polite and professional and took pride in his work. going the extra mile to for-fil our individual requirements.

overall the service was out of this world ! would definitely use again ! and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to utilise their services.
