Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback about Sam the technician — we’re thrilled to hear he made such a great impression and that you were happy with the results on your sofa, stairs and mattress.

After speaking with you today, we really appreciate you letting us know that the sofa has dried a little patchy. Fabrics can occasionally behave like this as they settle, but we’re committed to getting things looking their best. Sam will be returning to go over the sofa again and make sure the finish is as even as possible.
