Rentokil Specialist Hygiene レビュー

As always the team have done an excellent job the kitchen is immaculate thank you.

The gentleman that came was very friendly very smiley and done a top notch job

We had Rentokil come and clean some quite severe mould on our bathroom ceiling. Was explained in emails beforehand how long the process would likely take, the steps they would take to sort it out. Surfaces were given a deep clean after the mould was removed, as agreed, all dealt with very well. The price was very fair as well for what is a pretty hazardous job. Thanks to Alan for the work and Donna for arranging.

Great service, friendly colleague, the job was done well store nice and clean

Richard, top man, lovely bloke and smashed out the job like a proper professional. Hope he comes back next time.

Adam was fast and efficient and did a cracking job.

Great helpful guys. I can’t remember their names but were very friendly and helped with advice

Our experience was made much easier due to the rentokil team doing such a fantastic job and gave massive peace of mind.

Jamie and Paul were very professional and kindly took on additional tasks when requested. They did an excellent job and even helped identify existing problems that need to be reported. Both Jamie and Paul were very supportive and it was refreshing to see this type of team work and care. Thank you.

Such a great young guy, explained everything he was to do and got on with the job. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better, he did the company proud in my opinion.

Communicating with Rentokil was very straightforward, they turned up when they said they would and did a very good job of what was a very difficult and unpleasant job. Nice bunch of lads,
Very happy with the service.

What can I say about these lads that I've spent 8 nights with them 4 very hard working great communication skills

The booking agent was helpful and the engineer who did the job did a fantastic job.

Dave couldn't have been more helpful & did a fantastic job

Very impressed with the service provided and the outcome of the job, so thank you.

The engineers (Andy Birch & Sean Boyle)came to site at the arranged time, were very professional, done a thorough job and the devices they fitted are working well,

Sean who attended our site was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He clearly highlighted what he was going to do, how he would do it, and the estimated amount of time it would take. He kept our premises clean and the communication was clear and helpful. We were very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Chris is very polite, professional always goes above and beyond he always explains what he has done .
Chris is a credit to your team xxx

Sally came to see what needed doing regarding our kitchen clean and she was very positive. The cleaning process was thorough but required a second visit to get things right. This was easy to arrange with Sally and the second person was brilliant. By the time he left all the grease had gone.

Outstanding rating for 1. Thoroughness, 2. Friendliness and 3. Going the extra mile. They did a deep clean and the improvement in how it smells is amazing. They didn't just 'do the job' but they served and supported the customer. Rentokil - you need more people like these 2 on your team.
