Second time we have used Rentokil (in two properties). Well organised and a good job, efficiently and effectively done. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff - on the phone, surveyor and treatment person.

Work carried out very professionally and ensuring minimum disruption/ mess.

James was great. Explained what he was going to do and did it. Then cleared up and put carpet and furniture back in place. Great job.

Well done to everyone we encountered. The people in the office were very helpful and arranged appointments to fit in with our schedule, the surveyor had good advice and understood where we were at, and the two guys who carried out the woodworm treatment work were friendly, helpful and did a very thorough job.

Rentokil Property North sent Alan and Emma last week to damp proof a damp wall in my living room. They did a professional job and were cheerful and courteous at all times. All rubbish removed and floors cleaned.
All my phone calls were dealt with by lovely staff at the office. They arranged for a surveyor to come prior to having the work done and he was professional and explained the procedure clearly.
I am now waiting for my wall to dry prior to decorating. Only time will tell if the treatment has been successful but I truly hope it will be. I believe the work comes with a 30 year guarantee which is reassuring.

All the staff have been really helpful, from the booking team Susan and Steph all the way through. Belinda was great at the completion of the report, really thorough and discussed everything while on site explaining it all. Then Ricky was great on the day completing the works, all work was neat and tidy. I really quickly received my certificate and contact has been speedy from everyone with phone calls when needed and clear comprehensive emails.

Very pleased with every aspect of our dealings with Rentokil regarding our damp problems. From the surveyor right through to the plasterer every one was very knowledgeable.

The surveyor attended the property for less than 11 minutes and produced a report stating that some of the required works could not actually be completed by the company itself. The £180 expenditure was therefore a total waste of money. Additionally, a previous and subsequent survey from different companies disagreed with the findings of the Rentokill survey.

I booked a damp proof survey online using their form and calendar. I booked the next available appointment on Jan 9. They took £330 from my account and then phoned me up to say "Oh we've only got a skeleton staff so there's no one available until January 24th." And they wouldn't give my money back for 5 working days, leaving me unable to book another company for work. When asked why the booking calendar showed an appointment for Jan 9, the call handler admitted that the calendar bears no resemblance to reality.

I had a damp problem in my flat and Rentokil dealt with it brilliantly. Luke was very professional when making his assessment.
Mark, who was doing the actual damp proofing was just amazing and he's a right asset to the company. He worked very efficiently and his flexibility was second to none as the work took longer than anticipated. The walls look great and are drying very well.
I certainly would use them again if I would ever need to.

Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control the date of the work had to be changed several times. Your team in the office were really sympathetic and helped find a date that we could all work to.
Your operatives arrived on time, explained what was going to happen, answered any questions I had, did exactly what they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and polite at all times.

Your surveyor Andrew Naylor was a credit to your organisation. Very efficient, kind and considerate in my home Jim the technician was also an efficient and professional, polite person. However the patronising attitude of Cathrine Seymour’s email when she sent me a PDF that wouldn’t open I found extremely rude. Shame because otherwise I would have given your organisation an excellent review. I might add that my daughter who has an amazing job dealing with the public on line was also unable to open the PDF.

Produced a very thorough report following a damp proof survey on a house purchase, i will definitely use them to carry out all the remedial works once I have relocated.

The staff who attended my house to assess and to do the work were very pleasant and efficient.
There is a requirement of the customer to trust the company as everything has to be paid for in advance and the assessment visit is very expensive unless the quote is accepted
