The whole team was excellent in their dedication, professionalism, hard work, efficiency, friendliness and communication skills. I would be happy to recommend Rentokil yovzz as nobody based in my experience. Thank you to Chris, Mark and Nqobile - you all did a great job (as did the team working on the drains survey but I was out and didn’t get to learn their names).

This was first class from the initial surveys to the completion of all the injection work.
Really nice people who were so attentive to details and, at the end, they made such a good job of cleaning up it seemed cleaner than before they came!

Team was very professional, turned up on the time and date that was arranged no issues at all. All very friendly and left the house very clean and tidy, excellent service.

Johnny who carried out the property survey was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, was able to help with any questions we had.

Oskar and his team were fantastic. I felt comfortable leaving Olly and Lee in our home. Everything was explained and Andrea was very patient when we hadn't done something we needed too. Jaden was always ready to help too with a quick reply to any inquiry. Lee came back out on a separate occasion to finish the job.

I only telephoned them No mention of the cost of a survey having booked it I asked if or what the charge was he said £375 I think I was so shocked he had not mentioned it and had no intention of doing so.
I asked why he had not mentioned the cost he replied you didn’t ask.
I have used them in London for mice but I certainly won’t be using them here.
They should be upfront.
Further to the reply I have double checked it was Rentokil we did not get to point of booking he gave me a date and I then said do you charge which is when I gone through everything
We could have avoided all of that if he had said when he discussed the survey we charge he didn’t.
I assume the call was recorded so please check it the date was arranged we had not got to the actual booking.
The fact he said I didn’t ask about cost says it all I was led to the end then I assume I would have found out.
It was a waste of my time.

In-depth report from surveyor, excellent updates from office on timings of work and the two technicians worked to a very high standard, were punctual and tidied up after themselves.

Mark Patrick arrived punctually, was polite, approachable and efficient. He provided a written and illustrated report, which was very informative.

The two technicians Josh and Lewis when they arrived they introduced them selves and explained exactly what they were going to do, considering the building is a limestone 300year +old dovecote with lots of uneven serfaces the made exactly sure that every millimeter was properly covered , they worked all day without a break , great hard working polite men.

We received a thoroughly detailed survey, confirming our problem,with clear and specific details of how to fix it. The surveyor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
Works were started promptly and Jack worked really diligently throughout, keeping us up to speed with everything being done. All work completed, to a high standard and ahead of schedule, with minimum disruption, keeping dust etc to a minimum and thoroughly tidied and cleaned at the end if each day.

My experience in dealing with this organisation has been very good from start to finish. Their responses from initial enquiries to getting the job done were prompt, positive and timely.
As to be expected, when dealing with national companies, their charges tend to be higher than local ones and indeed this was the case with my experience with this company. However, their good communication, efficiency, promptness and timely responses make up for it.

I contacted Rentokil due to woodworm present in the upper floors of our house, received an excellent service from survey to completion of works. Minimum disruption which was very much appreciated. Everyone friendly, professional and a 30 year guarantee on works undertaken, which gives peace of mind to the long term! Honestly, can't fault the service and highly recommend them.

Luke, Mia, Stelios, Yaseen where all exceptional in the level of service, friendliness and helpfulness in the work carried out to the property, I highly rate the whole experience.

The 2 colleagues I came into contact with were very helpful and the information they provided was exactly what I needed to know. The work completed was well received and any rubbish was collected and taken away.

Prompt and efficient service. Appointments are kept and Rentokil adhere to time scales as they make every effort to deal with the problem quickly. Excellent service for the woodworm and wasp problem we had. A misdiagnosis of another potential problem was corrected and a refund issued quickly without fuss or argument. Each agent and surveyor was friendly and helpful. I was contacted again by the team to check how things were.

I have to recommend Derek who actually carried out the work ,he wa always punctual even after a long drive ,he took care to minimise the disruption the the work inevitably involvedand was clear at explaining what was been done when and why and resolving any unexpected issues.

I must also mention Jo who dealt with the booking and paperwork she was always courteous and promptly dealt with all my queries

Despite the major upheaval the different craftsmen were efficient, polite and tidy.

Completed online survey quote request for a damp and woodworm survey for a property we are purchasing after our RICS survey identified potential issues. Due to needing to get the damp survey completed asap and prior to contract exchange I was initially pleased to find that Rentokil's booking system provided available dates for the following week for engineers in our local area so immediately after receiving the online quote and to take advantage of the online booking discount I booked and paid for the survey, paying £510 upfront. Received an automated email immediately confirming the purchase but advising that the actual booking was not confirmed and the available date that was offered prior to payment may not now be available. Received a call the following morning advising they do not have any engineers that cover Dartmouth so they are cancelling the booking, despite the address of the property being supplied for the online quote and during the booking process. Now having to wait up to 10 days for credit card refund. Appalling service!!

Nqobile and Mark Kennedy came to our house to do damp reparation work this week. They were extremely hardworking, professional and very pleasant to have around. We would highly recommend them!
