Rentokil/Adelaide Pest Control - Residential Termite Inspection/Treatmemt
On noticing possible termite activity I contacted Rentokil/Adelaide Pest Control. They responded very quickly with one of their representatives on-site the next morning.
Brian, the sales representative, was helpful and knowledgeable giving us the confidence to select the organisation to fix our problem.
Matt, the licensed technician, was also knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of what was being done and why. He worked efficiently and very cleanly (important since the carpeted areas had just been steam cleaned). It was also helped us understand the extent of the problem as we were able to view the subfloor activity under the various sections of the house when Matt placed the camera in the floor space.
On the basis of this contact to-date, I would not hesitate to recommend this organisation to resolve termite issues.

particularly from the installer (Matthew Fowler), extremely thorough service was provided and Mat had a wealth of knowledge in his chosen field.
I spoke beforehand with Paul who inspected my house and provided me with a pest treatment proposal and listened to my concerns that helped put me at ease with my particular pest problem.
I mentioned that I would prefer they use the chemical brand Termidor HE to treat my perimeter for termites. This was a product that they were aware of , but did not generally use. They were happy to oblige my request and couldn't to enough to help.

When Dave arrived to conduct the inspection he explained everything that he was going to do and conducted the inspection efficiently and competently.
