Mohammed Jamal completed a pest control spray at our home in Strathfield. He was professional, polite, and very friendly throughout the service. His attention to detail and genuine care were outstanding. He did an excellent job, and I would confidently recommend this company to everyone.

A truly pathetic company we booked this company to come out and do an inspection at a site did not bother to even call to sight the crew was not coming rescheduled it two days earlier and then again wanted to come earlier today did not come did not call and have not bothered to respond to numerous emails this company should go out of business.

They will never stop sending spam emails. Don't even contact this company as they will never leave you alone. There is no option to "unsubscribe" from their emails, which is illegal.

Do not use Rentokil Albury. I have recently had a terrible experience with these guys. Failed to check bait station on time because apparently I was too far away after they had already committed to the job. In this time i had termites move to other areas of the house. Following that i had trouble getting a report from them and when i did it was not even for my property.

Usually a positive service from local office.
Experienced soured by the lies and obnoxious messaging from the head office team in Lidcombe.

I am required to use this company (Albury branch) for my annual termite warranty inspection for my home built by Rawsons 2 years ago. Absolutely sh!t company to deal with, won't return calls, emails, show up to appointments, provide a annual termite report etc. They have no interest in completing the annual termite inspection all so they can get out of honouring their warranty. Beware if you are building a new home.

Phil C is a credit to Rentokil . He spotted a leak in our roof which was very small but could have caused damage long term . he is easy to deal with and is very knowledgeable and informative also passionate about keeping those pests and termites away

After learning about a problem I had with communication & one of Rentokil’s policies, a manager got back to me very promptly. Thank you for resolving my issue & hopefully you will take some of my ideas on board in the future.

Rentokil is allegedly a big and efficient company offering termite control. Its website is full of glowing customer reviews but I have had a terrible experience. I had a rentokil termite inspection 6 months ago only to find I have a major termite infestation. When I called to arrange an urgent visit I was told by the call center person that I would hear from a consultant. After 6 hours of no call back I called again and was told by another phone person that they would email the consultant. The next morning still no reply. I called again and was told after making a big fuss that this phone person would investigate only to be told that the consultant they were allegedly contacting was on leave although none of the call center people knew this! I wasted 24 hours with this nonsense. Terrible customer service for a returning customer who obviously wont be returning. By the way the company obviously also lost revenue that would have run into the thousands.

I spoke to someone I knew there, Ali Abdallah. Had an emergency and he organised a same day service call out for me.

A level above the rest, they should all be this good, can’t recommend enough.
