Alquilé un auto en Costa Rica y nunca me devolvieron el depósito. Me descontaron 3000 USD de mi tarjeta de crédito y nadie responde a mis correos ni llamadas. Cuando llegué a Costa Rica, Autounion me recomendó que la próxima vez tratara con otros intermediarios porque RentyCars no tiene buena reputación.
they take 80 eur and give no car. i call on 24/7 support no one answer. this company is scam.
Ils prennent 80 euros et ne donnent aucune voiture. J'ai appelé le service client, personne ne répond. Cette entreprise est une arnaque.
Our experience with the gentleman at the Chalkida, Evia RentyCars company was professional and caring. He took a lot of time to show me all aspects and features of the car. He even gave us an upgrade for free. He was just as kind and efficient when we returned the car. I really appreciated the good service and a wonderful rental car.
I bought their ‘insurance’ through a prepayment, I arrived in Georgia and was involved in an accident, and they never considered my case or even responded to my request. They owe me around 1300€.

Honest, friendly and seamless service...practically a new car...everything was so easy and minimum paperwork...am recommending to everyone I know...and you can also get a beauty treatment whilst renting the car !!

Recently rented a compact car through RentyCars for a week-long trip to Hanoi. Car rental prices were excellent for my destination, and the booking process was smooth and easy. I especially appreciated that I didn’t have to pay almost anything at the time of booking, but only at pick-up.

I found a great deal on a Defender in VIE and decided to take a chance on a platform I had never used before. The process was smooth, and the price was excellent. I highly recommend it! Eventually, I received that "...or similar" car, but still ok
