This course has truly changed my life. I am curretly in my 4th month of the course and so far on my first month, I made $800 CAD, month two $8K CAD, and month three $13K CAD. I’m so grateful to my coach, Karen, for redirecting my mindset, pushing/encouraging me through tough weeks and celebrating my small and big wins. Because of this program, I was able to quit my other job and turn something I’m passionate about into my main source of income. Now, I’m even looking to hire my first photographer to keep expanding and growing.

The Company is amazing at providing what you need and pushing you to perform at your best! Once you are able to take that and run with it, you will do incredible things!! I am a great testament to this! I hit my 5k guarantee within 4 months and on track to hit my first $10k in month 5 now, despite being so broke I had to puck between buying a drone and paying my rent just over 2 months ago. My coach Karen Durbin has been amazing! She has honestly contributed so much towards changing my life and Aaron Jones who also worked with me to help figure out a plan when I couldn't make my payments for the course. These guys have changed my life, I am making in a week what I would have made a few months ago working for 160 hours roughly, not just because I bet on myself but because I wake up everyday with the full backing of the REPP team and community ready to do the work!!

REPP coaching is easily the best investment I've made for my real estate media business! I enrolled in REPP looking to scale my existing business, and have been abundantly rewarded for doing so! The coaches are not only industry experts, but are genuinely interested in your entrepreneurial journey. My personal experience with Coach Kristie has truly been life changing - externally, my business has grown a ton. Having access to a community of people who are all at different points in their REP career and the coaching you get is such a great way to cut months or years off of the learning curve to becoming a successful Real Estate Media business. The constant access to resources and community cannot be overstated in terms of how helpful and motivating this community is. My coach Aryana Rollins has been incredible at keeping me motivated, even in the moments I feel challenged with where I'm at.

If you are in a large metropolitan area, with a plethora of realtors on Instagram and are looking to break into the real estate media industry, then this is for you. If you are not in one of those locations, you will still gain some great insight, but you will have to find other ways to get your business off the ground. Overall, a great program geared towards a brand new business owner walking you through the steps of starting a business.

The REPP program adds value in many ways, extending beyond real estate photography. The coaching is unmatched in this industry, and the program teaches you every aspect of starting your business from the ground up. We are forever grateful for our time in REPP, which has given us the tools to launch our business into a small but effective business. REPP has honestly played a huge role in helping me build my business. I’m a chronic overthinker, and having their support and guidance kept me from getting stuck. When I started this course, I already had a solid foundation in place for my business, but I quickly realized there was still so much more to learn. Coach Dave has been incredibly supportive — attentive, insightful, and always willing to help. The REPP community is also a huge asset. Anytime I have a question, I get multiple helpful responses the same day. I’m still in the early stages of growing my business, but by consistently following REPP’s steps, I’m starting to see real results.

I had the idea to start a real estate photography business in the summer of 2024. I bought a new camera and even watched a few Youtube videos, but my business stayed just that, an IDEA. Getting started felt overwhelming. Could I have done it on my own? Maybe, but it probably would have never happened. REPP laid out a checklist that was easy for me to follow and the next thing I knew my business was up and running! Having the community to bounce ideas off of is invaluable. The daily coaching calls are extremely useful too.

Is REPP a magic bullet that will make you successful overnight? It is not. You will have to work extremely hard, but if you do the things that are taught you will succeed. I still have my full time job so trying to squeeze all of this into my life has been hard, but its been so worth it!

Frankly, when I was first signing up I questioned whether I was letting myself get scammed! I'm here to tell you, REPP is legit and the program works if you're willing to invest the time and energy.

If you want to start a real estate media business, REPP is the way to go! They've been instrumental in helping us get our business off the ground! And we will continue to use them in the future to scale our business to the level we want!

We started in January of 2025 with $0 in revenue and ended June with $8,250 in revenue. We can attribute that to following the guidelines and proven methods that REPP teaches. They've set everything up so it's easy to know exactly what to do to get everything set up correctly. There is no guesswork! All it takes is putting in the work to make it grow! And the cool thing is, even by doing the minimum amount of work, we surpassed the $5,000/month guarantee for LAUNCH.

We took out a loan to pay for REPP coaching, and our business has paid for every payment. We haven't paid a dime out of our own pocket. Not saying that will be the case for everyone, but even if we had to make those payments, we know the business works! It is so incredible to see how quickly it works if you put in the "repp"s! Ask questions, be coachable, and take the risk! It is WORTH IT!!!!

Plus, you get one on one coaching with amazing coaches, and access to group coaching where you can ask any question and get the support you need! We loved our first coach Robyn, and we love our new coach Rayana as well! She has been instrumental in keeping us accountable, answering our questions, encouraging us, and providing valuable insight into growing a legitimate business.

Not to mention, you get access to an AMAZING community filled with like-minded people, all building real estate media businesses. It's amazing to be able to draw on their knowledge and experiences. The launch coaching program is absolutely incredible! Through the step by step checklist to the personalized 1 on 1 coaching and of course the community group calls, this is absolutely the complete the package.

You have the opportunity to fully change your life in 6 months or even less! This is such an amazing opportunity! Everyone is absolutely so helpful and genuinely want everyone to succeed!

3 weeks into the program and I have learned so much more than I thought I would for the start. The team from top to bottom is so helpful.

My coach, Rayana has been a great sounding board and cheerleader for pushing through my checklists. Beneta has been giving great pointers for our test shoots and we have improved vastly. Group calls with Jeremy and Shannon have been a good way to connect with others and ask all of the questions with people who have gone through the process. Even the live calls with Todd (Spiro) and Eli (REPP founder) were stellar.

Would recommend this program to all and wish I could time travel back a few years to have started even earlier. If you need, they have. If they don't have, they find the people to make it happen!

The interview was great everything that was said to me made sense and I could understand rather easily. I was told what I need and what I can do to get where I need to/ want to go which was very helpful, I enjoyed the interaction.

The whole process of joining REPP initially started as me trying to find an additional niche for my media company to focus on. Thought that if we photographed hotels already, it would be an easy transition to taking photos for Realtors. Was really hoping for nothing more than a few insights on how to connect with Realtors and start setting up photo shoots. Luckily, I was able to learn so much more during my six months in the program.

Even though our photos were always well received by clients, there was thought or system behind it. We hoped the photos we took were good, we guessed at what shots we should get, but most importantly, I had no way of teaching anyone new to our company how to replicate the shots I was getting. REPP's training system has not only made me a better photographer by explaining some basic principles and camera settings to me, but also gave us a process that is replicable and allow our business to scale.

Additionally, I always counted on networking and referrals to grow our business. While this allowed me to build a mildly successful media company, again there was no system in place so we could reach out to a wider audience and scale the business. I could only talk to so many people over the course of a week so our growth was limited. The client acquisition strategies REPP has developed were the missing piece to growing our business and allow us to train others to perform allowing me to focus on other parts of operating my business.

I cannot thank REPP and my coach, Dave Franklin, enough for the guidance and training they have provided throughout this program. This has changed all aspects of how my company will do business in the future.
