This is the literal best program ever!! My husband and I are obsessed with the success this coaching had brought to our lives. We have doubled our income in just a few months and we are just getting started!! We are beyond grateful for the value REPP has blessed us with. Trust your gut like we did...you won't be disappointed!!!

I found REPP through Eli Jones Youtube channel. Honestly, I was just looking at what I could do with a drone for real estate videos and photos when he opened my eyes to an entire career path. It only took three days of binge-watching his channel's content to take the dive. REPP's coaching program "LAUNCH," for those new to real estate media, is the best of so many worlds. I've gotten personal one-on-one coaching and connection from day one (even the no-pressure interview calls, which I appreciated... I hate sales tactics.). The program features a robust training system, daily group Zoom calls, multiple sessions per day if desired, experienced coaches, group chats for both specific and general topics, and much more. The CRM they provide is free and really impressive. The platform that hosts sales and bookings doesn't charge a monthly fee, but instead charges per transaction, similar to Stripe. Honestly, it's the most practical way to start this business as far as I can tell, and I get to meet dozens and dozens of people who are doing it with me. Just phenomenal. So far, so good. I'm still learning... still getting things set up, but the proof is in the pudding.

The REPP program has absolutely met every expectation that was set by Eli and the marketing team has set for all the good and benefit they speak of!

I was partnered with Coach Rayana, who has been nothing short of fantastic in her communication, and more importantly her understanding of my goals, my direction and where I am today, so I have a pathway to get to my goals (and well exceed them)!
I am excited and challenged to win and WIN BIG!

The program is the perfect combination or mixture of loving encouragement and tough-love push back that speaks to my potential as much as it does address my hesitations.
In other words, they heard me when I felt "I'm not sure I can do this" and reminded me, "You paid us because we know from experience that we can help you get there!"

Coaching is essential for starting your real estate photography business! Why would you waste time, energy, and money doing it yourself? Who's gonna pick you up when you fall down? Why risk doing a poor job serving your clients and stunting your growth?
I say this because I was the guy I just described, and coach Rayana push me forward, woke me from my slumber, and helped guide me through hard times. I wouldn't be half as far as I am without my coach!

The truth is, this program will layout everything you need to do to become a successful real estate media guy/gal, but it is still on you to put in the work and stay CONSISTENT. After spending years in leadership in the corporate tech industry, I was completely burnt out. I’ve been doing photography my whole life and always considered it my true passion, but I didn’t see a clear path to making a consistent living from it. That changed when I found Real Estate Photographer Pro.
As a fine art photographer, creativity is at the heart of everything I do. What I love about real estate photography is that it allows me to stay creative while also building a reliable, profitable business. This coaching program gave me the foundation, tools, confidence, and structure I needed to transition out of the corporate world and into full-time photography, on my terms.
Now I get to do what I love every single day, while still pursuing my fine art work on the side. If you're a photographer (or have been wanting to get into photography) looking for more freedom, income stability, and a supportive roadmap, this program is the real deal.

I started looking into REPP when it was a “home study” program, but by the time I was ready to retire from my career of 30 years and make the move to REPP, the program had changed to a mentorship program. Just after joining the program, I found myself homeless, and in a difficult personal situation. Eli and his brother Aaron understood my issue and offered me different options for going forward. Many programs would not be as understanding, but the REPP team worked with me to ensure that I succeeded. In addition to their willingness to work with me, they also ensured that I had a mentor that matched my personality and goals. Aryana provided consistent, structured calls that ensured those under her care received the tools needed to become successful entrepreneurs. Aryana’s group call is an environment that is open and accepting, while also being informative and insightful. Because of my unique situation, I have been a slow starter, but I am confident that things will pick up now that my personal life is back on track. Despite my own slow start, I have witnessed other members of the program become successful real estate media professionals making $10K a month or more. Many have scaled their businesses and hired additional personnel to help them continue to grow and meet their business goals. I am very happy I took the plunge and joined the REPP program, and I am in no doubt that I will soon be meeting my own real estate photography goals.

I signed up knowing I needed a structure and accountability to get my business off the ground, and the program did exactly that. Working with Aryana helped me so much in the process to help me shift my mindset and clear blockers that emerged on the journey. She was supportive and kind, but knew when to hold me accountable which is exactly what I needed.

The program does an excellent job of getting you to move past your fears and into action, giving you all the tools and tutorials you need, I'm very glad I did it! I went from 0 revenue to now having all my systems setup and daily shoots scheduled.

I know there may be an initial sticker shock to the program, but if you want to get your business started or ramped up quickly, I would highly recommend it.

It has been a total game-changer for my business. I went from just winging it to actually having a clear plan and solid systems that help me grow and stay organized. The training is super clear and packed with real, useful info—not just fluff. I am currently 3 months into coaching and have already 10X'd my revenue before coaching.

I've gotten further along in my business with REPP in the last 3-4 months than I had on my own trying to figure it out for the past year prior to joining! Earlier this year, I decided to pursue real estate photography, but I had no idea where to start. After doing some research, I stumbled upon Eli’s video. At first, I was hesitant, but something told me this was exactly what I needed to fast-track my success. Taking that leap of faith was the best thing I could have done.

The step-by-step guidance has been incredibly helpful. My coach, Aryana, is amazing. She was very supportive, knowledgeable, and ready to provide the insights I need to move forward. The group calls are one of my favorite parts of the program because I get real-time answers to all my questions, plus the chance to learn from others’ experiences. The checklists keep me on track so I’m never second-guessing where I am in my business, and the REPP community is truly invaluable.
