An almost perfect artist who absolutely lives up to the customer's wishes! Thank you again!

I ordered a fully personalised figurine: a giraffe and a mini version of a real person riding it, complete with specific details that mattered to me, like a particular necklace. The idea came during a phone conversation with a friend. Illya didn't just take on the project, he gave it his absolute best, contributed ideas to improve it, and understood my vision even when I wasn't entirely clear about it myself. The result was absolutely wonderful.

Working with him was a pleasure from start to finish. Communication was always easy and fast, he responds quickly to every message, and throughout the whole process I always felt safe and taken care of. He's also funny and considerate, which makes the whole experience feel warm rather than transactional.

The care shows in every detail, from the way his site is built to the small touches in how he interacts with customers (there's even a QR code that lets you see bits of the creation story, which I loved). It's clear that Illya genuinely cares about each order and is committed to running a transparent, honest business.

This was my first time custom-ordering a 3D printed model and my order was a bit complex because it was 3D hamsters with sunglasses and more small accessories as a gift for my friend and only based on a reference image, but they turned out perfect and beautifully hand-painted AND could even stand up on its own. Ich habe bei Replitoy individuelle Spielfiguren für das Spiel „Mensch ärgere dich nicht“ anfertigen lassen – basierend auf Fotos meiner Mutter – und bin rundum begeistert vom gesamten Ablauf und dem Endergebnis.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme an war der Austausch äußerst freundlich, schnell und professionell. Auf meine Wünsche wurde nicht nur eingegangen, sie wurden verstanden und sogar kreativ weitergedacht. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass Replitoy eigene Ideen eingebracht hat, die das Ergebnis am Ende noch persönlicher und hochwertiger gemacht haben, ohne dabei meine Vorstellungen aus den Augen zu verlieren.

Als Geschenk – in diesem Fall für meine Mutter – war das Ganze ein voller Erfolg und hat für große Freude gesorgt.
