Although referred by Legal Shield(LS) the current firm suggested, Ross & Matthews, have not maintained the same clear communication follow through and standards as their partner, LS.
Reaching out to LS today in hopes that there is an amicable resolution.
11/23/25 Efficient and clear communication from Dan the man. Looking forward to maintaining subscription after current affairs, for future ones to ensure peace of mind.

So far the experience has been less than stellar and it seemed the legal professional that called me was not from the state I was requesting information for a specific case. My expectations were not met and the phone consultation seemed very rushed.

Professional, kind and walking me through every step so far. Still early in but so far Josh, who handles my evaluation and Fernanda l, one of the case managers, has been informative and patient with me. After the experience I’ve had with workmen’s comp affiliates it’s a breath of fresh air.

They got me involved with a lawyer in 2-4 days. I was happy to find they had regional lawyers. They helped me and as someone who probably is considered less important as a client priority that means alot to me.
