To start I didn't know what I was paying for. second I payed and called the law firm given to me and said I had 2 plans. Next I find out I'm paying for a membership and my information is incorrect. So I loose about 6 hours of time. It all seemed like a scam. I could be wrong I will find out asap. Yes my update is i just want my refund this is too complicated.

I received a response immediately. The representative was patient and kind. She kept me informed which made this process easy. Hopefully this will never happen again but if it does I have Request Legal Help in my contacts. And I’m sure to let everyone I know where to go just in case.
