Very disappointing experience as an


Very disappointing experience as an employee.
After leaving the company, my pending salary and Full & Final settlement were not cleared on time. I was repeatedly told that the payment would be done within 3–4 days, but the commitment was not fulfilled. Every time I followed up, I received another assurance, but still no payment.
As an employee, asking for your own earned salary and F&F repeatedly is extremely frustrating. I expected better professionalism, transparency and respect from the management.
