My experience at ResearchAyu was amazing. Earlier I could not even walk properly, now I am able to walk comfortably, run and even climb stairs without difficulty.

I visited ResarchAyu clinic, East Patel Nagar in Nov 2025 after seeing their ad in Facebook as I have injury in my left knee. It was just for consultation purposes. But when I went there and told them I am here just to consult my case, they started giving me oil therapy which they called "detox" I thought it will be a part of the consultation. But when it got over they asked me to pay ₹3000/- for therapy. I told them I was here for consultation only, which cost around ₹240/- but the ladies staff working there trapped me saying we won't give you medicines if you don't subscribe to our plan which price was around 56K, as they told me. Somehow after so much arguments with them I paid the amount using my credit card. After 20 therapies completed, I told them I don't want to continue with treatment as I don't see any improvement in my knee. But again they trapped me saying my knee is healing and it will take some more time. I should continue with the therapy and I will be benefited 100% from their treatment. Again they trapped me and took 50K more but this time I paid them through Fibe. I think they are wrongly doing the business and they should be banned by the government. My advise to everyone don't fall prey to them and save ur hard earned money. In their reply they are saying I threatend them for bargaining which is 100% lie as I didn't know about this platform at that time. Do they have any proof for this. Any video clip with audio as they have cameras installed all over the place. Well in the era of Ai such AV clips can be easily morphed. I think they got disoriented coz such a genuine review is very bad for their business. Their YouTube channels are also flooded with negative comments by users who are cheated by them.

I underwent a 35-day spine treatment at Research Ayu that cost me ₹1,20,000, and I am still paying the loan EMIs every month.

Based on my personal experience, I did not receive the improvement I expected despite the significant financial commitment. I feel the treatment was not worth the amount I paid, and I regret choosing it.

My advice is to do thorough research, seek multiple medical opinions, and carefully consider the financial commitment before deciding on this treatment.

Its waste of time and Money...I took 20 days treatment, and had 2 xrays done on 4th and 18th day, Both the xrays looked the same, there was no changes, the Dr's were trying to convience me that bone density is growing and regen has started but i need to take more 20 sessions..I felt this was a marketing gimic by the doctors.... DO NOT ENROL FOR RESEARCH AYU PROGRAMS..

A complete fake clinic and fake promises. I took the treatment for my mother ...paid huge amount but not even a 1 percent relief. Their only job is to encash huge money in exchange of few oil massages ....
Please don't opt for it ... You better spent this somewhere else

Dear Research Ayu Management Team,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the treatment provided to my father at your institute for his knee condition.

When we initially visited your institute, your representatives assured us that knee cartilage regeneration was possible and provided us with a 100% assurance that the treatment would result in improvement. Based on these assurances and representations made by your team, we proceeded with the treatment and paid approximately INR 1,00,000.

However, despite completing the recommended treatment and following the prescribed procedures, there has been absolutely no improvement in my father's condition. This has caused us significant financial loss, emotional distress, and disappointment.

Furthermore, when I visited your institute again to discuss the lack of results and seek clarification, I was treated in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner by your staff members. The situation escalated to such an extent that the police were called to the premises, and a complaint was filed against me. This experience was both humiliating and unacceptable.

Subsequently, one of your senior managers advised me to send a formal email regarding this matter and assured me that the management team would review the issue and provide an appropriate response.

Based on my understanding and the research I have conducted, knee cartilage regeneration is not currently considered medically possible in the manner that was promised to us. Therefore, I am seriously concerned that false assurances and misleading claims may have been made by your organization to induce us to undergo the treatment and incur substantial expenses.

I request that Research Ayu provide a clear explanation regarding:

1. The basis on which a 100% assurance of knee cartilage regeneration was provided.
2. The reason for the complete lack of improvement despite the treatment.
3. The justification for the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by your staff.
4. The appropriate resolution and compensation for the financial and emotional hardship caused to us.

I expect a written response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter within a reasonable timeframe. Failing this, I will be compelled to explore all available legal remedies and initiate appropriate legal action against Research Ayu for misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and the damages caused to us.

I hope your management will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and respond promptly.

Its a fake claim making company they charge 3000 per hour for massage and a few ayurvedic pills, result is nothing. Just a false promise.
