I've been with ResellerClub for over 8 years now, their customer service is top tier. Today, my Supersite was not reflecting my reseller pricing and within minutes, Mohd Rameez B, was able to diagnose and restore my site.

Resellerclub - Worst service provider I have ever dealt with.

If a customer gets stuck, there is absolutely no one available to provide meaningful support. The customer service team only repeats the same response: "Our team is working on it," without providing any updates, ownership, or expected resolution timeline.

What is even more disappointing is that despite maintaining 70 accounts with them, there is no priority support or accountability. Such a lack of commitment towards existing customers is completely unacceptable.

If this issue is not resolved immediately with a clear timeline and proper support, I will have no option but to close all our accounts and migrate to another service provider that values its customers.
