Reservio má super funkce a je to velký pomocník.

At first glance, Reservio seemed like a booking system, that would suit our needs. Unfortunately it lacks some key features. We tested several systems on that day, and I don't remember what particularly was wrong with this one. However in retrospect, avoiding Reservio might have saved us from a catastrophe. Even now, several days after deleting the account, we receive emails from them, from an AI agent and some that allegedly come from a real person. Even after clarifying that our account was indeed deleted, and receiving confirmation of that, the emails don't stop. Despite the deletion, Reservio retains our data, to bombard us with AI slop. Who knows what other shortcuts they have taken. This system is most likely vibe-coded slop. Avoid!

Truffa?da evitare! la gente paga sulla pagina ma nessuno risponde,ho perso password e ho urgenza di cancellare mia pagina di servizi ma impossibile, loro non ti aiutano, la pagina non funziona e la gente paga sulla pagina e non riceve risposte da me ne' io da reservio, sembra una bella truffa! Da loro non arriva nessuna mail ne' messaggio e quindi? denuncia alla Polizia postale? meglio

Easy to use transparent and secure system for the reservation of the appoitments of the various events. I used Reservio 3 times this month to book coaching services. The website was easy to navigate, even for people with visual impairments. All columns and dates were easy to read and easy to fill in. The terms and conditions of the service were clear and easy to understand. It took me only 1 minute to book my reservation. Have a nice summer

Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, zero accountability, and outdated processes.

When a problem occurs on their side (for example, a reservation time being changed without notification), they refuse to take responsibility and leave their customers to deal with the consequences.

Even after more than two years of using the platform, there is still no option to save customers’ billing details. I have to manually enter the same invoicing information every single time, which is incredibly inefficient and unacceptable for modern booking software.

I expect a booking system to be reliable, user-friendly, and supported by a customer service team that takes responsibility when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, Reservio has failed to meet those expectations.

We are a small non-profit organization and Reservio has helped us organize client bookings much more clearly. Before, appointments came through emails, WhatsApp and SMS, which was confusing and sometimes led to mistakes. Since using Reservio, our work is more transparent, less time-consuming, and we feel more professional towards our clients.

Application de réservation très pratique et agréable à utiliser au quotidien.
L’interface est claire, intuitive et les rendez-vous se prennent rapidement en quelques clics.
Tout est bien organisé et très facile à visualiser, ce qui nous fait gagner un temps précieux pour l’association Vivre avec son chien à Amiens.

Réservation impossible après l'achat de pass
Après avoir acheter des pass de plusieurs séances, il est quasiment impossible de réserver avec.
Je n'ai toujours pas réussi à obtenir mes réservations.
