I am glad to have used Resolve as I have very little experience reviewing contracts. Bryce was very knowledgeable about contract particulars and went over all the problem areas. He was very responsive, even on short notice. I learned what to look out for in future contracts. Very positive experience - recommend.

He is not as experienced as I expected. He did have some good observations. I had to add a couple of points to my contract or ask him to subtract some in order to get closer to what I wanted.
I did not like to just write emails, it seems it is the preferred way of communication. I did not sign the contract after all and cannot speak for the negotiation part. I also am an experienced physician, so I know more about what a contract should look like.

I had the pleasure of working with Lauren for my contract review, and I couldn't be more satisfied. She helped me understand the contract better, brought up multiple point to discuss with the employer and negotiated on my behalf. She was always available to answer my questions without any delay. My experience was very positive and I highly recommend her for contract review.

I had a good experience working with Kyle from resolve! Was able to promptly review my contract and address all areas where I was concerned. It was very helpful for him to provide insight on averages in my area for starting bonus, salary guarantee, etc. Areas for improvement -- would have been helpful to have gone through the contract page-by-page explaining what each part meant so that I could fully understand rather than just focusing on the paragraphs addressing topics I was concerned about (e.g. non-compete, compensation). One other suggestion, would be great for Resolve to come up with standardized email templates to help me professionally negotiate and correspond with the HR and legal departments at a future employer. I spent quite a bit of time on google to make sure my emails were professional and appropriate.

Attorney gained a bump in salary for me, and was always quickly responsive to me via email. However, I was told he could handle the negotiations, but none were ever done on their end. In the end, I did everything myself and wish they had been more proactive. I would not return to this company, and in fact, sent other contracts for review to another attorney.

Process was very streamlined. Contract Attorney was very informative, especially for a first-time applicant, and more than willing to answer my many questions. Would recommend them to any and all friends applying for a physician job in the future.
