I worked with Ms. Lauren Kaufman for the first job I signed after residency. Ms. Kaufman is very patient, and responsive and does the job perfectly. It was my pleasure working with Ms. Kaufman.

Best investment ever! Bryce is superb on communication, negotiation and integration of key points into the contract. Wonderful experience, will recommend to any doc who's getting a new contract to fight for what we deserve!

I recently used their service for a contract review. The lawyer assigned to me was great—very polite, easy to communicate with, and accommodating with appointments and follow-up calls. That part of the experience was positive.

However, I specifically chose a service where the lawyer was supposed to communicate with my recruiter and handle the negotiations. Unfortunately, that aspect fell short. The communication between the lawyer and my recruiter was not as expected, and in the end, I had to step in and negotiate on my own out of frustration.

When you pay for a service, you expect them to handle the full scope of what was promised. While the contract review itself was solid, the lack of follow-through on negotiations was disappointing.

Lauren was great, took the time to understand my specific situation. Responded quickly to follow up questions and provided guidance for getting what I needed out of my contract.

I had an excellent experience using Resolve for contract review/market analysis. I found my attorney (Lauren) was very knowledgeable, personable, and responsive to any questions I had. I bought the "standard" package that includes back-and-forth with the negotiation and additional emails/changes, and would not have been happy with the more basic package that doesn't include the follow up. I recommend using Resolve without hesitation.

This was my second time working with Lauren, and again, she provided a fantastic service. Lauren's dedication and hard work is palpable. This is my first contract since i am still in fellowship training. I communicated with multiple companies and even local state lawyers but i am si grateful i went for resolve in the end. Mr. Zach Beare helped me negotiate patiently. He was very responsive and quick with regards to reviewing my contract. We were able to increase the recruitment payment and $/wRVU, and add several favorable terms throughout the agreement. Overall, I am very glad I made this choice (should not have trialed with a local lawyer who has not even gave a single input literally even if i paid and keep asking for legal fees to answer questions) with the outcome of my contract negotiations. I also feel more comfortable knowing that an attorney has reviewed the details of my contract line-by-line and had no reservations with communicating in person to the employer the reason for the negotiation. I just keep on recommending Resolve to every fellow I know. It is worth every penny to have a contravt review and negotition.
