From start to finish. Susan Chessor was very pleasant and polite throughout all our conversations. She explained the process of equity release throughly at every stage, by ensuring that I was fully aware of what equity release meant regards remortgaging. She was professional and courteous on all interventions. I would recommend this service to anyone looking to remortgage.
